I'm at 94.54% Grandmaster... but I only have 2 master of the fang shards saved up, and I haven't gotten many tolken drops these past few days...

Edit! I had 25 Simple Orbs, so I just put 5 up fpor 11,000 gold each... hopefully they sell soon...

Posting my current Mousehunt progress in spoilers in case people don't want to see it, but for those of you who spot Kat and I occasionally trading what appears to be the world's most complex locker combination, this will explain it.

My current progress in Wave 3, 0 warriors - 0 scouts - 0 archers - 45 cavalry - 21 mage - 13 artillery. I'm currently working on knocking the cavalry mice down, but they're destroying me (ooh, just caught one as I type this!). I might skip them and go with the mages right now instead but I don't have very many of the right charms. I also feel like I'm finally getting the hang of the strategy used here, which will help speed up all future runs in here.

I shall be curious to see how long it takes me to get through the rest of Wave three, I want to see what the fourth and final wave is like... I think there are only 2 mice in there.

Also looking forward to getting my hands on those new traps.

For those of you who are short on cash, Simple Charms are selling for 11,500g A PIECE on the Marketplace right now. I'm still buying them for 5,000g a piece if you're feeling generous.

Well I just sold a total of 15 simple orbs, which left me with enough to buy the repaired mouseleum map (you were right fk it was 5 days) and still have over 97K gold left over

I took my first bite out of the 2.6 million gold trap known as the Cackle Lantern Trap. Tonight, I purchased an Obelisk of Slumber, which I hastily smashed into Obelisk Parts. As I already have my pumpkin pummeler (which I'll smash later to get the pumpkin parts). That means that I've got 484,350 of the 2,628,340 in parts. That equates to just over 18% of the way there. I'm hunting in the catacombs, so I should rack up enough money to purchase another Venus Mouse Trap this week. . . .but that twenty-four pieces of platinum

On the bright (maybe) side... I'm at 98.42% Grandmaster, I should have no difficulties in leveling up today...

And the catacombs is probably the best place to do that, Wolf . I don't think you've gotten access to the catacombs yet, have you? Once you do, you'll have a means of making UBER amounts of money .

For example, I switched over to hunting here yesterday around 6PM, and I've already made over 100K (of course, I'm using a better trap and base setup than you'll have available. . . but still)

I have a question for those of you who use Internet Explorer. Has anyone been playing Mousehunt, suddenly had the screen go blank with a popup saying that you have a virus or something on your computer and need to run a scan? Just curious.

I should hopefully hit Wave 4 today. Perhaps purchase new traps? I had an incredible run last night and caught 9 mice in a row. That's the first time that's ever happened. Course I didn't get the Garga (Gargatuamouse) that followed, but I've only got three mice left in that wave.

I use IE, and I have never experienced that problem, FK

That's a negative, no Hydra yet. As for the Master of the Dojo, haven't caught him yet either... but I have some of the two types of cheese I need to get the other two shards, so hopefully, I will soon

Yeah, basically what happened was not last night, but the night before my husband was playing MH on his account and all of a sudden that happened... the screen went blank and that popup appeared. We know not to click on such things. He control-alt-deleted out of it and forced it to shut down. Yesterday I ran virus scans of all kinds on his computer and found one Trojan which I destroyed.

But then, last night, my sister was on my parents' computer in a completely different city and she was also on IE playing Mousehunt and the same thing happened on their computer as well.

I checked the MH forums and found out this is an issue going around right now but it's not really wide-spread so head's up if you play MH on IE. Or perhaps it's Facebook and the MH was just a coincidence? I don't know.

This is a known bug that they're working on a fix for.

As for the IE pop-up problem... here's hoping it doesn't happen to me, although it's been happening to me on one of the art sites that some NWers like to use (I forget which one, not photobucket... thank goodness) I can't even access a link to that site as it happens nearly every time...

Quick question, the Wiki says I can get Scrap Metal in the Bazaar, but I can't find it in any stores and it doesn't seem to be dropping. What should I be doing to get it?

@Booky, If you have the Digby Drillbot and if you catch a Steel Mouse, he has a chance to drop some Scrap Metal. That's the only way you can get it in the Bazaar.

If you are looking specifically to get Scrap Metal, the Catacombs is your best bet.

FK, I remember you saying a while back that a relative of yours (brother in law perhaps ) was experiencing a very low drop rate in Tier III of the gauntlet, and that it might have been a glitch. Did he ever follow up on that, because tomorrow I'm going to head into Tier III (I just can't wait any more ).

Tomorrow morning, I'll also purchase my Venus Mouse Trap (which will be promptly pummeled taking me one step closer to my Cackle Lantern)

I believe that the issue with Tier IV potions not dropping for him was resolved.

Tonight I made it to Wave 4. Hooray!! And it's a short wave. I should easily finish it up tonight depending on how hard this last mouse is.
Will I get enough crafting materials to make one of the new traps? Who knows. Though it looks like the fate of what I craft is in the hands of whatever the Warmonger (final boss mouse of the area) drops.
Kat, the Theurgy Warden Mouse drops flameshards.
