Right now I'm an Apprentice, and currently I'm hunting in Windmill. I'm using the Mouse Mary O'Nette with the Stone base. Out of the mice I've captured so far, my favorite's probably the Bionic mouse.

I'm having awesome luck in Whisker Woods using Gilded cheese on my ETR with a Candy Cane base. Since about 3AM, I've caught 12 mice...even one whose face reminds me of Mr. Beaver from the animated LWW.
So far I've caught 1964 mice. Yes, I've had the app for three years. I didn't start really playing until a few months ago.

Lucky you and Congrats. At the moment I really can't wait till I catch a couple of longtail mice or gold mice, they keep eating my cheese without setting off my trap I think I'm gonna have to wait till I can afford a better trap though.

I have 21236 mice and will not be listing them all. 
I'm back in Balack's Cove for a bit. Mainly for gold farming purposes. I want to upgrade one of my hydro traps before I head back to the seasonal garden. Hopefully Ronza shows up this week so I can spend my time in the seasonal garden and the tower going after the parts for the spellbook base.

I've caught 1582 mice. I don't think I'm going to bother listing them all either.
I finally caught a Cyclops Mouse! 
So now I'm hunting in the Great Gnarled Tree and I just caught a Fairy! I'll hold off on the Lagoon until after Ronza since I need to collect Wicked Gnarly Potions anyway.

I have caught 7,484 mice.
Currently, I'm hunting in the catacombs, trying to regain all of the gold that I lost making cheese to earn gold (does that make any sense?) Basically it means that I've spent like 250K in gold transforming Brie into Radioactive Blue, and purchasing the things needed for Ancient cheese (the cheeses needed to farm gold in the catacombs).
I'm close to 1.7 million in gold right now (might be there by morning), so I'm not too concerned with Ronzian purchases .

I caught my first Gold Mouse today!!! I also bought a Mouse Trebuchet, and I'm currently using that along with a Stone Base at the Windmill. Of course buying that and some cheese knocked me down to 250 in gold (ouch) but I've got a decent supply of cheese, so it shouldn't take me too long to get back up there in the financial department.
Edit: Infact I'm already past the 1,000 gold mark..

Here's a little update on how I'm doing.
I leveled up to Legendary last night. Woot!
I've got three map pieces within the last week: Whisker Woods Calm Clearing, Great Gnarled Tree and the Lagoon.
Currently, I'm hunting in the Great Gnarled tree, using a trap combination of ETR/Candy Cane Base and my cheese is Gnarly. I've been getting quite a few of Gnarled/Wicked Gnarled potions, too.
Oh, and so far, I've caught 1499 mice.
And, out of all the mice I've caught, I'd have to say my favorite is the Moosker Mouse. He's too cute.
