Um, absolutely not. I was doing so terribly that I dropped out in order to do some more work in the Market. I didn't really expect to place being the only one from my time who was participating. I needed to up my tournament points by like 100 within the hour just to make the bottom spot (assuming that nobody else got any more points). As the top mouse in that tournie was only worth 50 points, that's pretty much impossible.
So I'm now officially signed up for the Forgotten Tournament. Again, I don't know how well we'll do as I'll probably be in bed for 7 out of the 12 hours that it's going on, but hey. . . why not try.

We just finished up 122nd in our tourny... not bad considering we came from behind at 300somethingth place. That would be 5 more tokens which brings my total up to 119.
Good luck on your Forgotten Mice tourny DiGs and wolf!
I love how I talk about collectibles and the DHU- shows up on gift of the day. (Which I still need by the way )
Some Wiki Quotes I found interesting yesterday:
This chalky heart candy claims to lower your DHU, but it will probably only lower your appetite
DHU – "Devs Hate You", a running joke that explains why things occasionally seem to go wrong for some hunters
"The mountains are calling and I must go, and I will work on while I can, studying incessantly." -John Muir
"Be cunning, and full of tricks, and your people will never be destroyed." -Richard Adams, Watership Down
I havent gone on single toournament, probably go if there are singles, because i rather not rely on other people, no offense to anyone, i just think sometimes teammates are really uncooperative and ditch you...just cleared the warriors of wave 2, on archers now...got owned by caravan guards yesterday...not pretty...still waiting for Ronza to bring something, maybe a FW special base like the SG base? I dunno, just hope for smthing cooperative
I'm right there with ya, wil. I think that the warpath is probably the most frustrating area. I mean, I know it's for Barons, but as it's been designed to be a challenge for Baron Level players, those who are just starting to go through have it really tough. I've been using the Enraged Rhinobot, and like I said, it takes me about a month to go through one wave. As I am not a very patient person, that's very frustrating.
After you make it through once, I would suggest rebuilding muridae market's trap shop as soon as possible. The Sandtail Sentinel might ease your pain some (but golly gee is it expensive!). I'm like you, I'm hoping that Ronza brings a trap that will help out people like us.
Our tournament started out pretty good, and then started to go south. We're currently in 109th place. There are 249 teams in this tournament, which means that we're just above the threshhold for actually getting something. In other words, once I go to bed, we're going to fall behind.
Wolf, if you see any tournies that catch your eye tomorrow, let me know. I prefer shorter tournies, and will be free tomorrow starting around 4:00PM.

Ah excellent (that's perfect timing for me). I'll keep my eye out. I'll try to pick one that's shorter too (By the way is that 4 eastern or central? If you're not comfortable posting the answer here just pm me )
But yeah as Digs said we started out great... then started slipping. I'm hoping I can recover a little as people hit the sack, but things don't look good.

For some reason i just can't get a single streak, i keep getting broken at 2 catches or something, a lot of FTA and misses...im low on Gouda too, omp...nothing is happening...misses and fail to attracts, and im low on points, only 64 mil, i cant even get an ubertrap when i finish warpath once although i managed to get a SBM off a friend who quit MH...
Wolf, I'm from Ohio, so that's 4PM EST.
Wil, I'm going to tell you something you could do, but I don't advise doing it. Sandblasted metal is the rarest of the loot drops. You also need to have two of them in order to craft the monstrobot. They're currently listed for approximately 12,000,000 on the marketplace. The Oasis Bead and The Sphynx Crystal are going for 500K and 7,000,000 respectively. So 7.5 million would get you both of those, leaving you with 4.5 million leftover.
I don't advise doing this BECAUSE the SBM is so rare a loot drop, and it may be ages before you'd get another one. I just wanted you to know your options.
Just keep your eyes to the skies, I guess. Hopefully we'll see an airship there before too long...
EDIT: I just signed up for the catacombs tournie that everybody's doing. Wolf, Dot, care to join me?

Well apparently Realm Rippers aren't attracted to Runic cheese.... (I ran out of ancient )
I just lost ten pieces at least... and now the Grove is open again
I knew I should have checked this...

Wolf, I'm glad that you're in on the catacombs tournie! I'd stock up on Ancient Cheese and Antiskele charms if I were you (In so doing, every successful catch will give or team AT LEAST 5 tournament points)

Indeed That's what I'm working on at the moment... (why do I always mix up what's in the Bazaar and what's in the Training Grounds?) Anyways I just got a bunch of Ancient Cheese, and getting Charmbits as we speak.
I hope Dot's able to join us, but we shall see.

For those of you who are participating in the Cats tournament today, I'm more than happy to share my Simple Orbs to craft Antiskele Charms. I didn't realize how many I had til I checked today and saw I had 450. So yep, if you need em, just let me know!
I had just enough FK 31
For those who are competing it lasts 6 hours. And with a max of 5 pieces of cheese an hour I suggest you make at least 30 pieces of Ancient and 30 Anti-Skele charms.
Dot joined us!!! This will be the first time we have three members in one tourney
Edit: 2:02
Well we started in first, but we already slipped to 6th. We must have been among the first to hit the hunters horn

We're actually not doing too bad seeing as there's only three of us (and DoT hasn't participated at all yet, leading me to believe that she's in class). We're currently in 70th, which puts us in the top 25%! Here's hoping that it stays that way!
And FK, I'll take all of those orbs that you wanna send. I keep having to buy them on the marketplace to make charms for the warpath .

That was my guess too Digs... And considering I just caught 5 ooze mice in a row... :/
I debating after this whether to hit the Bazaar (to go after the Master Burglar and Burglar), the Forbidden Grove and Acolyte Realm (after the Wight, Lich, and Acolyte), or the Guantlet (working on a bunch of crowns there)
