I've set up in the Market trying to gather supplies to rebuild the trapsmith as well as gather papyrus for the papyrus base. I'm not entirely sure how good I'm doing, but I know I'm not doing bad.

I've gone ahead and gotten all the molten glass I need. I'm up to 26 papyri. I'm down to about 20 artesian charms though so I've got a looong way to go and I've been through a little over 80 artesian charms so far. I'm also picking up quite a bit of simple orbs.

good news is I'm on wave 2, bad news is I used 400k for charms...progressing well I guess if this is good, I wish Ronza brings an awesome physical trap:)
EDIT: Rite, i forgot to ask, how should i do wave 2? THose charms aren't doing their wonders in Wave 2 now...and just got owned by a caravan guard

I've spent the weekend in the Acolyte Realm trying to catch the Acolyte mouse. I'm up to 170 pieces of Runic cheese without catching even one and missing it 12 times. And 170 is a very conservative estimate. I know that my first batch was over a hundred but I don't remember exactly how much. Then I made a batch of 61 and then a batch of 8 last night (using up the last of my stale cheese). So 170 is a very conservative estimate. It's probably more like 180 - 190 that I've used trying to catch that stupid mouse!

I've been using the ABT + Candy cane base. That gave me the best stats according to Furoma. Last night, I armed my leftover Winter charms. I was up for a little while after that and did about average. I woke up this morning and had nine trap check misses in a row, two of which were mice stealing points or gold. This is getting really annoying. I only have one piece of Runic cheese left and I'm all out of stale cheese. After the next trap check, I'm going to have to equip my stalest setup and some of my cheddar cheese and farm stale cheese. I refuse to leave the Acolyte Realm until I've caught that mouse!! Fortunately, I have a hefty supply of Runes thanks to farming gold in the Forbidden Grove several times over the past few months. I have 210 right now.

EDIT: My last piece of cheese was taken by a Sorcerer mouse who dropped a Rune. Now I have ACRONYM + Explosive Base armed which gives me an Ultimately Stale cheese effect.

Me and Dot are competing in a Bazaar Burglary tourney right now. I was signed up for one earlier, but I kinda slept through it

Right now we're hanging around the upper end of the "Participant" range.

So far I caught two Burglars, three Master Burglars (one of which didn't count), a Bionic and a Steel mouse.

Well, I crafted nine more Runic cheese and armed them and then spent the day with a friend. Upon returning, I discovered that I had indeed armed my Runic cheese but I had left my super stale setup (ACRONYM + Explosive base) so I did catch mice during my trap checks but not a chance at that Acolyte. So now, my Runic cheese is used up and I'm back to farming Stale Cheese.

On the bright side nah, now you have more stale SB+ should you ever need it... That stinks though I've been there.

I feel very..um...unaware... right now because I just realized the crown jewel was a collectible... And that was on my 7th one. I'm hoping to get my bronze crown for the Master Burglar soon

We've been bouncing back and fourth between 100 and 150... We're probably going to drop back once we go to bed though

I also want to go after the page I'm missing of Plankrun's Journal notes. I know FK said their nearly impossible to get, but I'd like to complete my set. (I'm also hoping lighting will strike twice if I go back to Digby at some point and I might get the Drillbot parts to drop again. It'd expand on my trap collection, but I'm not about to spend a bunch on I trap I've already surpassed that's not LE.)

At the moment however I'm worried about Burglars and Master Burglars...

I'm participating in my first tournament today. If DoT and Wolf join me, that would be great! It's the same tournie that you guys did yesterday (going after burglars and master burglars). I've got 61 pieces of gilded cheese, so I'm hoping that I do well in it.

I cleared Wave 2 last night, but have not had a great deal of luck with wave three (which is why I'm changing gears and going to do the tournie).

I would like to mention Tournaments are my favorite part of this game so if you can get on a team with three or four people participating at once, it's really fun!

Do note that unlike the old tournaments, hunters have to enter the tournament themselves as their captain cannot enter for the entire team. This is in preparation of future updates that will expand the allowed number of team members and also allow different members of your team to compete in different tournaments at the same time.

Yep, each wave gets harder and harder. But you use the same strategy and pray you get lucky with streaks.

I am especially looking forward to Endurance tournaments. Those are the old school tournies that have the multiplier, and I've found I've really been missing them. Boost tournies are new to me too.

Cool. I had pretty well come to that conclusion myself, but it's nice to see the official ruling on it.

Well my team is currently running a Warpath tourny (not that anyone would have ever guessed that based on my sister's post above ) and top 25% offers 5 tokens. I think we're pretty solidly in the top 25% now and hopefully we'll be able to hold it with Kat afk for the rest of the tourny.

There's 95 minutes left in this tournament, and I'm currently in 157th place. . . ouch Oh well. It was good to get the experience. Wolf is taking place in a forgotten tournament that starts soon, so I'm going to join that. (It lasts for 12 hours, which will be after my bed time, but if we do decently we might be able to place decently).

And wolf, if you want to do another Bazaar tournament tomorrow, let me know, and I'll join in. I'm pretty much just chillin' right now (got tired of the warpath) and as I have nothing else to do, playing in tournaments builds up gold, which I can use for Ronza. So let me know.
