im still missing the train, jack in the box, and thats it, im pretty clean out of materials, i got this plan i think, stay in FC for basic materials then just skip around looking for those special ingredients, when finish, stay in dracano for deathbot, i think its sweet, btw, did anyone get the nutcracker thingy yet?
So far I made:
6 Ball n' Cup
1 Pogo Stick
1 Fall over Spring
1 Wind Up Toy
1 Clockwork Toy
1 Ghastly Jack in the Box
Toy Parts I have:
2 Wood
7 Cog
13 Spring
1 Metal
1 Firebulb
22 Screw
And I ran out of Festive Feta again. (Not to sound selfish, but I don't suppose I can sign myself up for the priority list of Festive Feta gifting? Cuz I'm not even sure when the last time I got some was, and I keep running out.)

Wow, I just now noticed that the Champion's Chests can be opened. Check it out Kat.
I received 1 Veteran Champion Trophy and 20 Tournament Tokens from 1 Champions Chest.
A couple tidbits from the FBF that I missed a couple days ago (I lost track of my days this week :"> )
There is definitely more to come from the event. They have dates for new stuff marked on their calendar and everything.
Tournaments hit a bit of a setback in November, and work stopped on them to avoid the Great Winter Hunt becoming the Great Spring Hunt. They are now back to work on them.
Screws are probably the harder of the basic materials to get.
Could have fooled me!! I'm still got a large stockpile of them.
At any rate, I still need 4 more springs before I can build another Replica Deathbot.
I have been in Balack's Cove all afternoon and got a steady drop of METAL! I built a tin Larry for the first time. I am going to stay put here this round even though I haven't gotten any wood. If I can pick up a few more pieces of metal, that would be a good thing.
No sign of a snowflake mouse yet.
Ummm... I knew about the champions chests being openable. I saw that but forgot to mention it. Sorry.
Screws are probably the harder of the basic materials to get.
Ok someone either misspoke, or the game was miss-programmed, because the one thing I don't need is screws.

i guess it depends on where you are at the moment, i think the hardest one is also screws since i only have 9 screws well having like 44 springs and 30 wood...but im not in catacombs trying to get that ghost thingy, and then back to dracano
Got a stockpile drop this morning. I'm just about out of Feta again so it'll be back to the comet with me.
I've built everything but the pogo stick and the Fall over spring toy. I did pick up another ghost cloth while hunting in Balack's Cove, so I can build another one of those.
Current Stockpile:
2 wood
7 Cogs
1 Ghostly Cloth
68 Springs
1 metal
2 screws
1 doohickey
I also caught a snowflake mouse as well. I did it without one of the winter charms.
I caught my first Jurassic and present mice Also built one replica death bot. (And the Jurassic Mouse dropped the staff)

For me, Firebulbs and Doohickeys are the hardest things. I've got none of either of them and I've gone on at least 50 hunts in Dracano with Festive Feta, of which ten or so have been with Winter Charms.
Are there any particular mice that drop Firebulbs and Doohickeys? Any particular set up that I should use? Right now, I'm trying my highest powered traps of each type. I was using the ACRONYM + Dehydration base for a while because that's my highest powered trap. Right now, I'm trying the Horrific Venus + Aqua base. I'm probably going to try the Ancient Spear Gun next with either the Aqua or Dehydration base. Which base I use depends on how much of a stale cheese effect there is when the base is combinded with the trap. With how hard Festive Feta is to come by, I don't want any to go stale.

I've only gotten Doohickeys off of Squeaker Claws. I did get one Firebulb but I can't remember what it dropped off of.
No, I don't think any particular trap setup is necessary, but I personally lean towards attraction and freshness.
Currently at 247 Receipts. Almost halfway there.
Well as I've eluded to earlier, I've taken advantage of the changed profit rates, and made a slight start in the Jungle of Dread.
As of right now I just need 5 more wood and 6 more spring to make the Tin Larry and Draconic Toys. After that I'll just make whatever helps me the most at the time.
I have 150/500 receipts and I changed my gifting preferences for today, because frankly I'm needing wood.

i believe that using the Enraged at Dracano is good with cheesecake base, for the attraction, and if i recalled, firebulb is dropped by mouse of winter present, i can be wrong:)
The only problem is i only have 2.4 mil right now, since i spent 2mil some getting a gift basket...
currently: 170 receipts(once for every toy)
46 wood
45 spring
6 screw
4 cog
8 metal
1 doohickey
0 ghostly cloth
5 fire bulb
I have now built one of every toy and two of some. My time in the warpath has paid off in the metal and cog department. I still need some more metal, but I also need wood. Is there a spot y'all have been hunting that tends to favor wood drops?
2 wood
11 cog
48 spring
5 metal
1 screw
1 doohickey
I'm hoping to build another replica deathbot.
I'm up to 280/500
Edit: Apparently they have released some new charms and a new mouse! http://www.mousehuntgame.com/newspost.php?news_post_id=89
A new Mouse has snuck into the event. In fact, I found it by looking at friend's profiles to see who still needs which mouse. And then I discovered a new news story that's gone up.

Looks like he's the precursor to the tournaments starting up.
I also see a new set of charms to help get the three basic pieces you need for crafting. Ironically, I really need metal, which there are no charms for. Is anyone in the Festive Comet at the moment to see if you can get those charms in the store or if you have to buy them with real money?
ETA: Too slow, crossposted with Kat.
I finally got a Fire Bulb and a Doohickey hunting in Dracano with the HVMT + Dehydration base. No charms. So I built the Draconic toy yesterday and now, I'm just waiting for the rest of the materials before I build the Replica Deathbot.
starkat, I haven't been paying much attention. I will say that I haven't gotten very much Wood in Dracano. I've gotten lots of Cogs, Springs, and Screws here and a decent amount of Metal. I have gotten a couple Wood drops but Wood has the third lowest drop rate behind only Doohickeys and Fire Bulbs.
