balack was a killer for me, i never even caught even now, i think it was my most painful memory except getting owned by the mystic queen 8/0 on a mystic run that i failed...anyhow, i might suggest that keep those for when ur doing the mission for Liches that Digs was stuck on for a while? or is that too far fetched, then just use it for the sake of it
decided on buying 4 UPC with my Cobwebs and buying 20 dreaded charm, 20 tier 3 potions, 2 crates of each house, efficient use of my 148 candies i guess, ill have fun furomaing some other day...back in SG to go on my ZT runs again

That's a LONG ways away for Dot. She'll have to level up to Lord, complete at least one run through the tower, and then do all the library assignments before she's at that level. I still think using them now is the best plan. What you don't use, however, DEFINITELY keep for the Lich Jewel Drop in the Final Library Assignment.
By the end of the month... November? Goodness. I should certainly hope you make it. It should only take you 8-9 more days. Or does that include the purchase of a trap or two in there as well (ie Reapers, Oasis)?
I know, it's a lofty goal, right . No, seriously, I'd like to craft my OWN before the end of the month as well, but I don't know how likely that is to happen. That right there is 2,000,000 so. . . we'll see. The Reaper's Perch (as awesome as it is) has sunk down a notch due to the lack of Shadow mice to catch. I still think that The Living Garden will be a Shadow area (why else would they introduce a HYPED UP Shadow trap that's incredibly expensive?), but that may not come to pass for months.
I think I'm rambling. . .
Any ways, due to the excessive amounts of luck this weekend, I've moved over to the Warpath.

Is there a recommended amount of Vengeful Vanilla Stilton to have crafted before trying to catch Balack?
Like DiGs said, not really. I don't remember how long it took me to catch Balack, but it was longer than DiGs, and then it took Kat for FOREVER. I don't know if she remembers how much cheese she used or not. I'd say I used at least 60 pieces of VVS before I snagged Balack, but that may be an exaggeration.
I deactivated my FB account for a couple of weeks.
Enjoy your break!
2 crates of each house
house? As in, tribes?
(why else would they introduce a HYPED UP Shadow trap that's incredibly expensive?)
It's expensive because shadow traps are always the most expensive. (Read: Incredibly overpriced) And I think they put it in where they did so people could get it for the Fall in the Seasonal Garden. I definitely am not interpreting it to mean that the Living Garden will be a Shadow area, but we'll see.
I forgot that today was an art FBF, so there probably won't be too many questions answered about the group stuff. Ah well. It starts in 10 min, we'll see what Jacob is drawing today.
I honestly wish I could say I remembered, but I'm clueless. It did take me quite awhile. I did end up crafting the three piece VVS recipe several times instead of the one piece.
I'm back in the warpath on Wave 1. I'm holding off on using my commander charms until wave 3, but I am soooooo tempted to use one on my next wave of 4. I don't seem to be getting higher than that right now.
For those of you who are interested, for the Art FBF today, Jacob is doing the new background design for the Tribal Isles. You know, that artsy banner at the top. The Tribal Isles are all the same right now so they're getting some new separate banners.
2:15 pm - Balack's Cove
I returned to check my trap, but it appeared A Balack the Banished ate a piece of cheese without setting off my trap.Additionally, the power of this mouse crippled my courage, setting me back 1,413 points!
Well, at least I'm attracting him!
GOod Luck, i used around 30 VVS so far and never caught him, 5 attracts all misses, he is a hard one to catch
TO FK: no, i got the furoma tokens, i dont need tribal, now that you mentioned it, i haven't been there for a long time since now i just camp at SG and go ZT runs really repetitively since i guess its most profitable and progress for me
AMP at 89% soon ill be in ZT again, been low on progress because of HT, since i was predicting around 1-1.5% a day so take around 3months to get to baron, but at HT for almost a week, im around 6-8% off progress >_< omp...but ill manage, Christmas almost here...another progress eating time
EDIT:YAAY in ZT again after hte Technic King
So is anybody doing anything special for the bonus luck weekend? I'm really not cause I don't NEED anything. Just obliterating the mice of the Warpath again. Just started Wave 3 a little while ago.
50-43-50-60-30-20
Im in ZT, i dont think that extra luck is really helping on my ZT run since im still stuck at rook with 104% amp...catching a knight too many is annoying, hopefully ill clear my ZT run, by the way, why is most people saying Mystic run is harder but in my perspective, i'm having more trouble with Technic?
EDIT: On Queen with 95% amp
EDIT: Ok, a few hours...still stuck on queen...
I'm in the King's Gauntlet... Stocking up on potions.

I'm in the King's Gauntlet ... Stocking up on potions.
Likwise. Aiming for a minimum of 250 potions for Tier II cheese. Expecting to hang out here till the next MH Event activity. A Tier II potion gets dropped about one for every four or five mice. The luck weekend has increased it about a bit. Usually dropped a potion every five or six mice.
“Safe?” said Mr. Beaver; “don’t you hear what Mrs. Beaver tells you? Who said anything about safe? ‘Course he isn’t safe. But he’s good. He’s the King, I tell you.”
Well, as planned, I stuck it out in Wave 1 of the Warpath. I didn't do as awesome as I thought I would. . . but it is what it is, I guess.
11-22-0
I have a good stock of Commander's charms left from the event, but I really don't wanna use them just yet. Using them in Wave 1 seems kinda futile. . . but accuring streaks in waves 2 & 3 are difficult for me with nothing more than the ER.
If I reach my gold target (which probably should happen before the end of the month ) I'm going to start farming gold for my OWN. Maybe I'll have better time with those Magmarage and Inferno Mage mice in Waves 2 & 3 which would then allow me better chances at streaks (and hence commander charm use)
Question. . . is it too soon for me to go into Muridae Market? What's the point of that area any ways?

I'm just sitting in Elub. I'm not doing anything in particular. I've gotten three Seashells in the past 30 hours or so. I guess that's kind of my fault though. I've pretty much been just logging on only a couple times a day, hitting the horn, and then leaving for the past few days. I've had homework, NaNo, and some other important things so I've barely even thought about MH at all since Thursday. *ducks a tomato*
What would be the best place to just sit and rack up points? I need 14k to build the Enraged Rhinobot and I'm at 12.4. I guess I'll probably just stay here. I get points fairly quickly here and I need Shell cheese in order to catch the Chieftan who drops the Ancient Frayed Blueprint for the ABT.
That's probably the best place for you, NAH. Elub is great for points.

The answer to the first question is no. You can go do the whole area right now.
I consider the Muridae Market to be a support area for the Warpath. Your catch rate will be lower, but the strategy is simple. Sure the point of the area is to go and build all of the shoppes and such, but once you're done with that, the only reason to go there is to buy cheese, charms, etc etc. Depending on what you're willing to buy, it will certainly speed up your Warpath runs, or get you more drops.

I also put in a vote for Elub. But if you get tired of it, farming runes in the Forbidden Grove is good too.
Just out of curiousity, has anyone besides me had serious lag after clicking on the hunter's horn the past couple days?
