Afterward, I'm heading back to Cape Clawed or Elub. I wonder what time the event will end tomorrow? I'm guessing at 4 (or whatever it is their time) when gifting and everything resets?

By the way, I was trying to find the answer to that ^^ and went to the news page. It says all the shoppes will stay open until the 8th to trade in Candies and Cobwebs. Just fyi in case anyone didn't know.

@Nat, just head to Elub, Ooze has a 1/100 chance of appearing, it´s not worth to keep camping for him as the reward is very small and maybe you cant catch the last mouse on time.

Aren´t usefull? They are free gold! They will probably raise to 800k in a month or so. If you still dont want them, buy ULC; they help a lot with boss mice.

I bought Dreaded charms and cackle ones. 2 cherry pots, 2 crates of each token and 3 crates of veggies, 1 of shells and 6 of stones. And also 50-70 T3 pots for a Kg run.

There's really nothing for me to update. Still farming gold 1.174 million right now.

Landed squarely in the Catacombs (by way of Larry's travel service) after the HT closed. Good job, team! Wasted a bit of money going back to the HT, since I forgot about using up my candy in the shops. I think I ended up doing pretty well, and am nearing my first million, for the second time since I've been playing. I'll be farming gold here for awhile.

I'm currently at 760K. Hoping to get up to 2 million gold before the end of the month.

So I couldn't help but notice that the MH teams were NOT dissolved at the end of the event. Most intriguing.... Can't wait to hear FBF tomorrow to see what they have to say about the subject.

Since yesterday I absolutely obliterated Wave 1 of the Warpath... I just wrapped it up. It was the best Wave 1 I've ever had and consisted of 2 runs of 9 (one ended in a Gargantuamouse ) and 1 run of 8 that ended in a Commander (no charm was used). Onto Wave 2!

OK, I'm now in Elub and our team finished our final Prankster run before the event was over!

I'm super close to building the Ancient Spear Gun. I have everything I need except the Ancient Spear. Right now, I'm farming Seashells (I only need five more) until I can craft Shell cheese. Then, it's on to Cape Clawed armed with Shell cheese to catch the mouse which drops the Ancient Spear. That should only take me two days at the most. By that time, I will probably have enough points to craft the ASG or at least, super close. I need 12 million points and I'm currently at 11.93 million.

Back to working on the Enraged Rhinobot. Here's how that's been working so far:

2:21 pm - Cape Clawed
I traveled to Cape Clawed for the cost of 3,510 gold.

I returned to check my trap, but it appeared an Aged Mouse had eaten a piece of cheese without setting it off.

6:58 pm - Cape Clawed
I sounded the Hunter's Horn, but my efforts were fruitless. An Aged Mouse ate a piece of cheese without setting off my trap.

The rest were all different mice... :/ I'm thinking I might jump the gun a bit and explore the Jungle of Dread. I'm afraid I forget what the minimum trap requirements were there.

(I just bought the tribal base )

Also I'm working toward the following weapons/bases:
-Enraged Rhinobot (need 3 rhinohorns, 46 more stale SB+, 6 Tiny Platinum Bars)
-Tiki Base (I need the blueprints)
-Clockapult of Time/Gorgon/Bottomless Grave*
-Molten Shrapnel Base (I need pretty much every thing give or take some scrap metal)
-Ancient Box Trap (I need everything. I have 3/4 blueprint pieces)
-Ice Maiden (I need the frozen scroll, more runes)
-Onyx Mallet (for collector's purposes)
-Soul Harvester (for collector's purposes)
-Candy Cane Base (saving up gold for)

Among others...

*Can I use the Soul Catcher in place of any of these? (Particularly the last). I know I'm probably going to need to upgrade again anyways.

I don't think our team finished the Prankster run, but it was fun trying. We had a little trouble getting the team together and then missed out on some prime hunts because of bad setups. Now back in the Cats farming gold.

On a side note, I had to reset my Facebook password today and I think it has had an adverse affect on my HitGrab games. Both Mousehunt and LevynLight won't allow me to act. Whenever I click the horn or any other action, I am taken to the beginner's screen and asked to pick a first trap. Doing so takes me back to my current camp, but I'm still unable to make progress. I'm going to give it till tomorrow and then see if I can find answers about this glitch.

Edit: I was able to fix the problem on MH thanks to the help forum, but LL is still out for me. That's sad because it's been wonky for about a week now as it is and just started working right for me again today.

Wolf, here's a bit of advice as you're going to be dropping gold like mad if you go after all of that stuff.

Enraged Rhinobot: Excellent trap at this point, and not that expensive to upgrade. Put it at the top of your to do list.

Tiki Base: If you're done with Derr, Nerg and Elub for the time being, then I wouldn't bother. Either way, I look for Ronza to bring the blueprints back with her, so don't buy them off of the marketplace. Work towards the Molten Shrapnel Base instead.

The Soul Catcher is better than the Bottomless Grave, but not as good as the Gorgon Trap. You'll need to have at least that before heading into the JoD unless you want to get ripped to shreds in there (about a 20% catch rate is normal even with awesome setups).

As for the ABT and IM I'd also work towards these before doing anything else. They're pretty worthless traps in the grand scheme of things, but you'll never catch the crucial mice without them. Plus, you've gotta catch your dragon to be able to move into the Garden when you level up to Lord.

Other than that, just keep farming gold. . . and lots of it! You're gonna have a lot of expenses coming up, and I know Ronza will be here before too awful long.

How is everybody going to take advantage of the bonus luck weekend? I probably won't be able to do anything because I'll be at home without internet access. . .but hey, c'est la vie.

Is there a recommended amount of Vengeful Vanilla Stilton to have crafted before trying to catch Balack? Right now I have 20 pieces but I'm not sure if that's enough. Thanks to the HT I have lots of Vanilla Beans. Pinches of annoyance and raisins of wrath are a little harder to come by.

I deactivated my FB account for a couple of weeks. My balancing act was getting atrocious. Hopefully I'll be back to the wonderful world of MouseHunt soon!

Three words: GO FOR IT! With Balack, it's more a luck game than anything. Equip your ABT and your luckiest base and just pray for the best. You might attract and catch him on your first try, or it might take you a few dozen tries.

I know that I kept going in every time I'd craft some more VVS. That strategy worked for me (although it proved disappointing more often than not, but I digress).
