OK, guys, you will NEVER believe this.

So I searched "MouseHunt" on iTunes to check for an MH app. (There isn't one, by the way.) And an album entitled MouseHunt popped up with the black and white MH shield as the cover art. I though that was really weird so I clicked on it. It's an album of six songs about MouseHunt! And it was released by HitGrab.

The songs have lyrics about needing more/buying more SuperBrie, never leaving for more than fifteen minutes, saving up gold, waiting for the Acolyte, convincing with cheese, impressing (we aren't told who, presumably a girl??) with a mouse trap, giving someone cheese, cleaning out the rodents, waiting on a mouse, and following someone from the harbour to the woods. (No, I didn't buy it. I just listened to the clips on iTunes)

The songs are titled Impress You, The King, Hero, I Will Wait, Ronza, and Snap. The album has 14 ratings: all of them giving it 5 stars.

Seriously, did you ever hear of such a thing? I'm going to go copy and paste this post into the crazy and outrageous products thread.

Brie is not the best in this area. I'm using it with ACRONYM, Spellbook Base, and an attraction charm, and I'm still getting FTA's approximately 15% of the time. I'm close to giving up on those trap skins and heading back to the Warpath to continue with Wave 3. I really want to complete my first run through there by the end of this week. . . don't know how doable that is though

I absolutely believe you because I believe the guy that wrote those songs is the developer Joel at HitGrab. I've heard a couple of them, definitely Snap, cause they used to play them at the start of every single FBF. We're all still waiting on our Mouse plushies to be created and debuted.
You should also know n_a_h that I own two MH t-shirts that my sister-in-law bought me for Christmas last year.

Hmm... I'll have to pay attention next time I use brie. I don't seem to recall it being all that different from the Halloween cheeses for me, but I don't typically notice unless my attraction rate is REALLY bad. I was using Reaper's and now the Harvester, both of which have a 5% attraction and the ACRONYM has 0% so maybe that's where the difference is.

I've given up on Cobweb mice as my cheese is clearly not very attractive to them. So I'm going for Candies!! Currently up to 99.
2 cobwebs + 90 candies = 5 cobwebs
So I need 51 more candies to buy the last two cobwebs for the Ambush Trap skin. And then another 240 candies for the ZFM skin.

Currently up to 97, only 293 more to go before I can buy both trap skins.

Let me know how that works out for you . I'm up to 66.

I'm getting really angry at the Crimson Ranger mice in the Warpath. Furoma.com says my setup has a 73% chance of catching them! I've had four trap checks, one FTA, and three robberies by the wretched pieces of filth!

I need a better trap, because the ER is not cutting it

I've been through the Halloween event twice now. I've picked up the ambush trap skin and several potions. Running about 30 pieces of cherry cheese and 30 pieces of tier 3 cheese. Oh and about 60 pieces of gilded thanks to all the burglar mice I've caught. I am definitely doing well in the building up of cheese stores department. I'm going to hang out through the evening and likely through tomorrow due to my schedule.

Digs, the only answer to that is the Monstrobot. I've got the Chillbot and my FTA and FTC rate is very similar. The warpath is a hard section to hunt in because of the difficulty level.

I'm in the Catacombs farming gold. I'm not sure how long I'll stay here. I want to build up some more event cheese before heading back to HT. I really want to make it through the whole thing at least once more before the event ends but I don't want to waste my time in there if I'm not hunting with event cheese.

I'm currently at 47 Ghoulgonzola and 26 Candy Corn. I have 70 candies and 6 Cobwebs.

I made it up to 126 candies and a third cobweb dropped for me. yay! So I now have my Ambush Trap skin (which is really fun and my favorite). Back down to 6 candies and 0 cobwebs and going for the ZFM skin! LOL I might make it.

Finally got to where the cobwebs are... I'm up to 53 candies, 4 cobwebs, 1 Ambush Skin, and 1 Soul Catcher

Well I cleared out the last of the archers last night. Now I'm working on the last batch of Warriors. Not having the best luck, but I think they're a bit easier than Wave 2's warriors .

TOURNAMENTS!!!?!?!?!?! (I suspect you all can guess what I'm mostly looking forward to. )

In the meantime, I'm one Treat Mouse away from catching my second Mousevina and then I'm done with doing the runs through. However, before I go ahead and snag her, I'm trying an experiment to see if I can attract Gourdbourg mice with Brie Cheese if I'm in the Pumpkin patch. So I've disarmed my Candy Corn cheese for now and will be using Brie for quite some time.

And the site is down for the count! We'll have to wait and see what's coming! I'd rather it not be tournaments (as I have a lot to handle right now the way it is), but rather a new component to the Halloween Event. That would be a lot of fun!

Meanwhile, I've been slowly but surely slogging through Wave-3. I should finish my warriors tonight unless something new and exciting comes up.

Well, according to the news, we will now be able to find cobwebs on the profiles of people who haven't sounded thei hunters born in awhile. I have four or five friends who haven't played in over a year so I'm going to check those out now.

EDIT: argh, the cobwebs are such that you have to click on "ring doorbell" on people's profiles in order to collect the cobwebs. I hate it when people continually bug me with game requests so I'm certainly not going to do it to people.

That's super annoying because obviously, MH is only doing it to get inactive users to start playing again.

Well that patch added a quick and easy way to boost the cobweb count. If your friends haven't played in a while you can go clean off the cobwebs on their profiles. (It will also try to spam them with messages trying to get them to return, but you can just hit cancel and it won't send them anything.)

Got my 5 cobwebs of the day so I guess the ZFM skin will now be easily attainable.

ETA: Crossposted with n_a_h, I need to learn to post faster. LOL

ETA 2: Oh, just noticed that it's 5 cobwebs total for the duration of the event, not 5 per day. Even so, with a week left I should still manage to snag that ZFM skin.
