Or is the game bugging out again?
It is but not by how you mean it. It says you are in the warpath but it also says I have one friend online- even though it lists 2. (and I just logged on too XD)
"The mountains are calling and I must go, and I will work on while I can, studying incessantly." -John Muir
"Be cunning, and full of tricks, and your people will never be destroyed." -Richard Adams, Watership Down
Oh yeah, that front friend's online tab has never been super accurate... neither the number, nor the pictures below. Both lag a little bit, but they don't lag the at the same time. I always use the Hunting Group page.

I sounded the Hunter's Horn, but my efforts were fruitless. A High Roller Mouse ate a piece of cheese without setting off my trap.
One of two mice I don't have!!!
I disagree about the trap specific assignments. Just got another one that requires ZLM.
Can I say how much Lord Level players (and lower) need a better tactical trap? I can choose between high luck (Rewers) or I can go with power (ZFM). Both are marginal at best in the library. I know it won't happen. . . but I feel like ranting
It's just been so quiet for a long time. The last event we had was the easter egg hunt . I hope we get a good event for the fall or halloween. (A visit from Ronza wouldn't go amiss either).

I'm still hanging out in the Catacombs farming gold. I have just over 2 million g right now, but I want to have more before I leave so I'm not completely broke when I buy the Clockapult.

With all the new locations that they've been adding I doubt we'll see Ronza for a while. But if she does come I hope it's before I buy the Clockapult and not after.
This trap generates a force field tough enough to hold even the strongest mice within. Once trapped, the mouse is harmlessly incapacitated with 100% organic sleeping gas and relocated to a mouse reservation.
While maybe not the best trap for an upgrade, I do think it cool. Besides that, the NVMRC is a No-Kill Trap that will relocate the moose to a moose reservation where the mooses can wander green pastures and munch on sweet clover as they wander to the moose pastures over rolling hills into the lands where the sun never sets on mooses. *wipes away a tear*
Play to win? Meh.
Play to have cool looking traps and have something to talk about with Miss Rachel and friends?
“Safe?” said Mr. Beaver; “don’t you hear what Mrs. Beaver tells you? Who said anything about safe? ‘Course he isn’t safe. But he’s good. He’s the King, I tell you.”
I think I've heard in FBFs not to expect another event until Halloween cause they're working on that particular holiday already. Don't quote me on that though.
In the past couple years of playing, as far as I can tell, from Halloween until Easter they work on special events. From Easter to Halloween they work on new content in the game. Like this summer, they've released the Fiery Warpath, Muridae Market, the Library, revamped scoreboards, etc etc. Plus the stuff that's still in the pipeline that we've only heard about (like the Living Gardens which I'm REALLY looking forward to, and tournaments).
But if Ronza does come I hope it's before I buy the Clockapult and not after.
I'm guessing you're referring to your gold stockpile right? Yeah, I'm not expecting her any time soon. People are spending their gold left and right on new traps and such. Plus they almost always give plenty of advanced warning so people can start saving up.
But if you're hoping she doesn't bring a new shadow trap with her, I don't think that'll be an issue either cause they just released Reaper's Perch.

I LOVED this trap actually. Everybody skips it nowadays as by the time you can afford it, you need the gold for your first tactical and shadow traps. But this one was one of my favorite traps at that level. (Lots of luck on it and therefore loads of potion drops at the Lab and the Tree. )
Well, I noticed something odd on my game yesterday afternoon... all of my friends that have ever played Mousehunt but didn't uninstall the game, all of them, have been merged onto one page on my Hunting Group page. I took a peek on the MH forums and sure enough, apparently a new bug showed up that wouldn't let you see past page one, so I guess their temp solution was to merge all of your friends onto one page while they sort it out. (I sure hope they fix that page completely, not just that specific bug. It's been broken for forever and it's a pain when I figure out which 20 friends get daily raffle tickets. It's even worse on Chrome.)
Also, the send gifts page managed to rearrange all of my friends into some random order instead of alphabetical.
Ah well, they're working on it.
So every time I reach 1mil gold, I have to shell it back out for new supplies. But I bought 500 gouda a couple days ago and 500 ionized salt + 90 Warpath Charms this morning so I should be stockpiled for a while now. Maybe I can actually make some money for a change. lol
*currently in Wave 2 in the Warpath, hoping to demolish mice on a streak of five... I have a Commander's Charm equipped *
I'm in the middle of another run in Furoma for the library points. I'm hoping to finish this one today. I doubt I'll start another one until I get back from my trip. But this one's running smoothly so far.
This current library assignment is incredibly frustrating.
Catch 1 Bookborne Mouse with a Tactical Trap
Catch 2 Walker Mice using a Tactical Trap
Catch 3 Pocketwatch Mice using a Physical Trap
When I was going after the tactical mice, I caught more than five pocketwatch mice. But catching a walker mouse took me HOURS. Now that I've switched over to using Physical traps (to finish the assignment with the pocketwatch mice) I can't get one for the life of me.
I wish I had done a SG assignment, but the season was getting ready to change, and I didn't want to do anything in the fall.

I've decided to hunt mojos until my current stash of rumble runs out. I will then move to the warpath until I return from my trip. I know I won't catch anything past the 24 hour mark, but I figured that would be the best place to go for that time period.
Well, I've been in the Town of Digby for what seems like forever, trying to build up points to mutate my Venus Trap. So, since I had accidentally made 40 pieces of Gnarled cheese a while back, I decided to go back to the Gnarled Tree and collect some mice that are worth something. I actually feel like I'm making progress now with points! Woo hoo!
And I played around with crafting (as you all know ).
Is there anything else I should be doing? Or could be doing?
I'm at Master (63%); I have Venus Mouse Trap (I need just over 100,000 points before I can get the Mutated Venus Trap) and I went through the Lab, got what I was supposed to there (per Larry), got what I needed in the Town of Digby, and I am waiting to go to the Mouseoleum (sp?) until I have the Mutated Venus Trap. I know this is so long ago for most of you, but I feel like I'm just hanging out doing nothing.
Love God, love people

Since your mentor DiGs is currently traveling, I'll go ahead and answer your question.
You can go to the Mousoleum right now actually. Tactical traps (like the Venus Mouse trap and Mutated Venus Mouse trap) won't work welll there because the Mousoleum is populated with shadow mice and shadow mice require a shadow trap. Shadow traps can be purchased in the Town of Digby (I recommend the Sinister Portal). Oh, and you'll need to use Radioactive Blue Cheese there as well.
Have you been warned about the Mousoleum yet Rama? It will probably catch you off-guard at first because your catch rate will be about 1 out of 2 mice, and that mouse you don't catch likes to steal your stuff. A lot of first time hunter's run away screaming in agony, but I guarantee you that if you tough it out and stay there, the mice you do catch will give you a HUGE profit.

Wooo! So close!
@DiGs and Kat, good luck on your assignments!!
*is just about to wrap up her Archers in Wave 2 *
Ram, I agree whole heartedly with FK. Your shadow trap is only going to set you back 180K, and I think that the Sinister Portal is (overall) a better trap. Shadow traps are typically very low powered anyways, so don't freak out about that. Going into the Mousoleum is going to be frustrating at first because you're going to get robbed, and you're not going to think it's possible to make a profit in there, but trust me, you'll make more money in there than you've made anywhere else in the game thus far.
So here is your "To Do" list. Some of these you may have done already, I don't know:
-Purchase the Sinister Portal or Ambrosial Portal from the Town of Digby for 180K
-Upgrade your Venus Mouse Trap to the Mutated Venus Mouse Trap
-Travel to the Training Grounds, and get the Ticket for the Bazaar
-Travel to the Bazaar, using the cartographer to repair your mousoleum map
-Travel to the mousoleum using your shadow trap and radioactive blue cheese in order to catch a lycan mouse, which drops the furoma map piece
-Travel back to the bazaar to get the furoma map piece repaired.
-Start hunting in Furoma.
If you run out of money, you can always make a layover in the Mousoleum to gain a bit more cash.
I hope that helps

DiGs you're getting the Mousoleum map repair confused with the Mousoleum instead of the Catacombs again. The Mousoleum map repair comes after you're done with the Furoma area (or at least while you're in the middle of it, if you can afford it).
