~When you decide to go after the Master of the Dojo, make SURE you use the recipe that crafts 3 pieces of Rumble cheese and not 1 piece.
The Wiki says they changed it on July 5th so now both recipes give 3 pieces. I'm not sure what's the point of having two recipes anymore considering it doesn't cost anything to fuse the three shards into the seal.
The Obelisk of Slumber performs just average in the Catacombs. You won't make a lot of money until you have the ACRONYM trap. And one of the pieces of the ACRONYM trap is the Onyx Sphere, which drops off of the Master of the Dojo, which you will likely want the Ambush trap to get. Does that help?
Yes. I just crafted the Ambush Trap. So now I'm back down to only about 18,000 gold. I still have a little bit of each kind of cheese so I might head into the Meditation Room for a little while and try to get some shards so I can make some Rumble Cheese.
Ok so far today I've used 28 pieces of Tier 3 cheese had 2 misses and 0 loot drops... how does that make sense?

Wolf, about a ten percent drop rate is going to be normal. While you're rather unfortunate, I wouldn't call it "out of the norm."
Anybody else having problems with MH tonight? I just keep getting the blank screen again.

Well, I am up to 700 library points but I smashed my first assignment tonight. The one I just got required
So I'm hanging out in the Library waiting for my hour to be up before I can get another one. My plan is to do two more Dojo assignments and one more Library Research assignment and then I should have the 900 points required for the Zurreal assignment. I'm excited.
In the meantime, I'm finally taking a look around the Library and other Rodentia stores. I happened across this bad boy right here sold in the Seasonal Garden's General Store....
Metamorphic Rock
These massive slabs are formed within volcanic chasms located thousands of fathoms below the Rodentia Ocean. Extracting this massively heavy material from such depths is an extremely elaborate and expensive process. This rare material is, therefore, in short supply and extremely valuable.
Cost: 460,000 gold
Oy vey. I hope we don't need a lot of those....
I've also kind of peeked around on the forum (trying not to gather too many spoilers in the process) about Zurreal's Folly and Reaper's Perch. Basically nobody has a clue about Reaper's Perch (they're guessing you have to catch Zurreal first) and Zurreal's Folly is going to require a grand tour of the entire realm of Gnawnia to complete the assignment. Should be good times. Hopefully in a day or two I can start the assignment.
Oooo.... rock... See if I wasn't a zoologist... I'd likely be either a paleontogist or a geologist (or a botanist). Actually I wanted to do a geo minor.... but it was too many credits
Anyways back on topic... pricey, but they sound cool! And don't worry FK, if it costs that much you'll probably need it (I don't know how many though, hopefully just one... or two)
@Digs I think mousehuntgame.com is working but just before I went to bed last night my scoreboard got messed up again, but they fixed it before I woke up. The friends link is still down though

Yeah, MH started working for me again soon after I posted the link. Part of me thinks it's my decrepit old computer .
I didn't know that stuff was added to more than one store, FK. I'll have to check out that rock thingamajiggy.
My amplifier is up to 75% as of right now. I'm hoping to make it to 100% before tonight.

@DiGs and Kat, you two will be happy to know that I've figured out how to check how many Library points you have. (Aside from actually BEING in the Library that is.)
Go to the Scoreboard page, click on Library Points on the left side. At the top, click on Friends, and it lists every one of your friends that has library points and how many they have.
So, I have 700 points (woot ) and I currently need
ETA @ 12:27pm CDT: Just finished up another Furoma assignment, grabbed the next one from the Library and low and behold, it was the one that requires
My plan is to do two more Dojo assignments and one more Library Research assignment and then I should have the 900 points required for the Zurreal assignment.
I fail at math. This will only give me 890 points, TEN MEASLY POINTS SHORT!!, so I'm gonna have to either do one more Furoma assignment or two more Library assignments. Trying to decide....

I could have told you that I found it myself when checking that page because the side board was messed up. I figured it must have something to do with the Crystal Library, but I've no idea what
Well I started out on Tier 4 with 4 loot drops, but overnight I didn't get any... I'm hoping to get at least two more....

I caught an Acolyte when I got back from class today.
I need to head back into the Jungle of Dread at some point so I can farm stuff for Dracano. Before I do that I definitely want to get the Clockapult and maybe upgrade the Explosive Toboggan to Double Diamond Adventure. Both of which require a ton of gold. I guess it's back to the Catcombs for me...or possibly the Forbidden Groves since the Ice Maiden requires a lot of runes.
Dot, huge congrats to you!! Is that your first 'big' mouse that you've caught?
wolf, yeah, what's weird is that I saw the Library Points thing on the scoreboard, but I didn't feel like looking through to find my friends What I had missed was clicking on just the Friends part. Now I know
Well, I'm really confused now. I think I missed a number somewhere because I WILL have enough to start the Zurreal assignment after finishing up this particular Furoma assignment plus one Library assignment. Whatever. I'll get there when I get there.
ETA @ 8:24am CDT: Well, I am now one Library assignment away from starting Zurreal's assignment. The bad news is that I have to catch
I saw that on FBF today anyone who attends gets to help design a new assignment. I know they plan to add more and more assignments over time so it should be interesting to see what they come up with. Personally I think some Tribal Isles assignments would be fun, but perhaps they're trying to avoid that region as that's where people in the Seasonal Garden/Tower/Library just were and they're not to anxious to go back.
I think I would also like to see some assignments that you can unlock by catching Zurreal and being higher leveled. It'd be good incentive to come back and visit the Library every now and then. Perhaps I'll mention that today.
Hey, 24 hour rule on the double post , and it's a good thing too cause I wanted to let Kat and DiGs know that there's a special weekend assignment called the Acrostic Research Assignment that's being dropped by the Pocketwatch Mouse. You can only get the drop this weekend, but it can be completed at any time. I decided to smash my current assignment and work on it right now. Hope I don't regret it.

My tower run is going very well. I've released my queen, and still have my amplifier at 79%. This should allow me to finish this tower run sometime today (and hence finishing my library assignment!!!), before heading back to get that limitted edition assignment.

I completed my Acrostic Research Assignment which came with my Bubbles Bookends and 150 Library Points. This was by far the most fun assignment so far so I'm hoping that maybe they'll add it in permanently.
I have now started my Zurreal Assignment. Here it is...
Collect 1 Encyclopedia Gnawnia from Master Burglar Mice in the Town of Gnawnia
Collect 6 Luscious Lumbers in the Training Grounds
Collect 1 Mesh Netting in S.S. Huntington II
Collect 3 Ectoplasmic Essence from Ghost Mice in the Mousoleum
Collect 3 Warp Nails from Realm Rippers
Collect 3 Runestones from Stonework Warrior Mice
Collect 1 Draconic Book from Whelpling Mice
Collect 1 Lich Jewel in the Balack's Cove
Craft 1 Zurreal's Folly
I have no idea if these have to be done in order or not, but I'm going to try to go as cost effective as possible (HAHAHAHAHA) so I'm starting off in the Town of Gnawnia.
Packratting in anticipation for Tournaments is paying off big time because I have almost everything I need to move through quickly except for Inferno Havarti.
Looks like I missed the weekend assignment. Maybe they'll do a different one next weekend. I'll have to wait and see.
