I just hope that I stay here long enough to equip my checkmate cheese. I'd hate to do so well that I catch my king while I'm at work only to get kicked out
Something to consider as you've caught your second rook now as well, is if you want, you can go ahead and equip your Checkmate Cheese. That way you won't accidentally catch your King while you're at work. Up to you.
@FK stale cheese is fine. Do you just want me to send you the gift of the day anyways? I don't know if the other three will help you much.
I prefer these gifts in this order....
1. Potions/Stale SB+
2. Splintered wood/meteorite pieces/other crafting stuff
3. Radioactive Sludge
4. Stale Cheese
Stuff I won't ever use...
1. Mozzarella Cheese
2. Collectibles (I have them all )

If you aspire to go for more dragon mice, one should drop the heat bath blueprints if you don't have the hydro trap that fantasia mentioned a few posts back.

*Will attempt to remember that... emphasis on attempt*
I spent the night in Tier one, used up the Tier II potion I got there... and spent the rest of the day bouncing back and fourth between Tiers 3 and 4. I am slowly climbing up the ladder again, now this time hopefully I'll get the Terra Mouse and a Tier 7 drop.

I have successfully caught all of the mice on the Technic team! WOOOOOT. Now my checkmate cheese is equipped (and my amplifier is still around 61%). So here's the plan:
1. Quickly catch a chess master (with a few pieces of checkmate cheese left to spare?)
2. Continue using gouda until I catch another Technic King (which would give me the three pages I need from that side)
3. Fill amplifier again
4. Do another mystic run using the remaining checkmate cheese to hopefully catch two mystic kings, thus giving me everything I need for the spellbook base
5. Farm money like mad to get the spellbook base
Step six would either be to enter the library, which should be coming out soon, or to go back and get my silth.
Either way
WOOOOOT

I probably wasn't very clear on my previous post. You can't get two kings from the same side in one run. Once you catch a king, in your case, the Technic King, all Technic mice are removed from the tower (except for Pawns and Rooks I think? which are extremely rare). And once you catch the Chess Master you will be ported out of the Tower.
Your only other option would be to skip the Chess Master, equip gouda, and go for the Mystic King. Maybe not something to do this run since you're amplifier is low and I don't think you got past the Pawns on the Mystic side.

DITTO!! As well as the rest of the Draconic Mice. Good luck getting the rest of your Embers.
Well, I did nab my chess master, which was great! Just three more pages before I can get my spellbook base! I highly doubt I'll be much in this area after I get done, because. . . well. . . it's tough .
It's fall in the garden right now. . . . my favourite season. . . . . not. Oh well, it'll be winter soon, and I don't do too terribly bad in there.
Oh, and mega congrats to Eli! Those mice sure do bring in hefty profits.
EDIT: Between FTA's and measly mice, I had raised my amplifier to a whopping 1% in more than three hours. Fall is EVUL: End of story. I'm hanging out in the catacombs until Winter starts.

They would naturally release the new area during the Fall in the Seasonal Garden.
After a quick readthrough of the news post, it looks like you unlock the Crystal Library via Zugzwang's Tower.
Well, my amplifier is on 0% so 175% to go.... We'll see how I start off, I'm half tempted to go craft the Cackle Lantern Trap real fast. The danger in doing so is that I don't know how much stuff I'll want/need to buy in the Library. And by crafting the CLT I get .6% increase in catch rate for the Harvester and 1% increase in catch rate for the Harvest Harrier. Ooooh. Aaah.
Yeah, Fall has only 21 more hours to go, I'll hold off on the Cackle Lantern.
XD FK beat me too it, but they released the new area... I can't go there yet, but I'm content...
I have enough to do already! (I like the whole crystal part behind it though XD)
Edit: The "Unknown Mouse?" Hmmmm..... I wonder, Does the questionmark disappear if you catch it?

I've transferred over to the garden as well. However, my amplifier is at 107%. I've got the lucky power charms equipped and so far so good. I'm a bit light on gold though, so I hope I don't need to spend too much in the new section.
Yeah, I just blew a TON of money on charms and cheese, but I should be setting myself up for a successful run in the garden, as well as in the tower. I've got 330 pieces of gouda, 250 power charms for the garden, and like 170 attraction charms for the tower.
Cackle Lantern is set up with my Seasonal Base.
The new area's description sounds rather intriguing, but we'll have to wait and see what we can actually do in there. I must say, I really like the look and "feel" of it thus far though. (And I'm so glad that you don't have to have the spellbook base crafted in order to have access to it, which was a rumor floating around earlier).
I love how a new area causes me to A: drop money and B: return to the SG in the fall. Oh well, at least I made a good deal of money overnight by staying in the catacombs

A few things I've noticed about the new area that I shall put into spoilers so others can discover it on their on if they wish....
The mice...
Phat lootz...
I'm up to a whopping 23% amplifier. Have I mentioned how much I hate fall? This is gonna take forever. Winter can't come soon enough!
You're doing better than I am, FK. I have my amplifier at a whomping 1% right now
I hate fall

*Wonders if she should mention how lucky they are to have access to the Seasonal Gardens at all... *
Anyway I'm hoping I don't have to head back to Tier One as I haven't been getting many Tier 5 potion drops... I decided I will use the rest of my Tier 3 cheese before heading onto Tier 4 again...
Also I'm up to 85% Hero

I read online that the mice dropping the library cards are:
Amplifier at 14%.

Thanks for spoilering those DiGs, that's the exact kind of thing I like to find out for myself. I'm avoiding the MH forum like the plague right now.
Well, somehow I did remarkably well in the Gardens last night. Didn't a single FTC or FTA which is a feat in and of itself. My amplifier is currently up to 66% and Fall ends in less than 2 hours! I expect to do much better during the Winter with the Oasis trap (yay, it's going to come in handy after all! ).
