I'll be gone for the next few days so I'm building up gold in the Catacombs... Hopefully I'll get enough to get at least one of the base blueprints... Then I'll hit the SG real quick to finish my assignment, then head back to the Iceberg.

Well, I leveled up to Lord last night about 2 am..... and am currently at .08% LOL. Need to farm gold like crazy though, so I'll be here awhile.

Well, I've been drowning my sorrows of not being able to get in the new area by trolling everyone's FB pages for charms. I've gotten close to 200 power and luck charms that way just yesterday, maybe 20 attraction charms and a couple Dark Chocolate, Spooky and Super Luck charms each. Easter Egg links are the best.
I'm in the Town of Digby currently, trying to see if I can get one or both of the map pieces up for grabs. Right now I'm failing to see a point for this location at all unless you have Limelight (which I don't) or you just want to shop in the stores.
Anyway...c'mon, lil' Zombie! I have some DELICIOUS cheese for you!

Conga rats Austin!!!!! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you all haven't noticed, I leveled up yesterday to Lady!
I've started on the iceberg and it's going slowly. No drops of any kind here. Is that the norm?
Love God, love people

Well I should have access to the Catacombs by then, so I can sound the horn and take you on some hunts in the meantime.
I had some good fortune in the Dojo earlier, catching my first Master of the Dojo, and then immediately catching a second . But I think I'll travel somewhere else to wait out the rest of the time it will take for my map piece to be finished...

AROOOOOOO!!!
For the first time in my life, I actually figured something out on the subject of crafting on my own even though I'm sure I wasn't the first and it's all over the MH forums already.
My own personal painfully slow progress...

Caught two of the new mice so far, so that's good.
ETA: Congrats RaMa on leveling to Lady. Nice to have you join us in the Iceburg! No, we didn't get any drops at the beginning either, but we have gotten some later
Congrats on your Mojos Astro!
I am having a disastrous time in the Bulwarks. I really haven't moved all day, because every time I move forward, I catch one of those new mice, and get shot backwards.

I caved and used a Drill Charge earlier. Now I'm at 530 feet, hunt 81, in the Brutal Bulwark.
The Wiki has been updated with a lot of info, so I'm not going to worry about stats for a while. Mostly I was keeping track because the Wiki hadn't been updated yet. (Although there still aren't any recipes for the bases or traps.)
Edit: After a very bad string of luck, I'm now at 544 feet, hunt #98. I'm hoping to have made it into the Bombing Run section by morning, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

I've moved 52 feet in 14 hunts. I feel like it's two steps forward, one step back. Don't see how it'll be possible to finish this in 275 hunts! A third of the mice in the Bullwark will send you rocketing backwards, even if you catch them. . .
If the levels get more and more difficult. . .I don't hold out much hope for level three

Reading all these posts, I feel a sense of regret I didn't get MKI earlier...
Cannot wait to get to the Iceberg. Loots are 2/2/5 for the trap so far.
Although I will admit, I'm only there for the chests.
I'm at 300 feet with 58 hunts. I don't know if this is sensitive so I'll spoiler it just in case.
Did much better overnight, but not nearly as well as I'd hoped. I don't see how it will be possible for me to reach the bottom of the iceberg by the 275th hunt.
Currently at 509 feet and my 116th hunt.
EDIT: Here is a really great guide to the area thus far. It's got a lot of spoilers (depths for all of the levels, mice, possible strategies, etc....)

DiGs, that guide is great! Thanks for sharing.
I made it into the Bombing Run overnight. 647 feet, Hunt #115. It's safe to say I won't be getting the first chest this time. The Bombing Run seems to be
I agree with DiGs' estimation of which bases to get first. I think I will be trying for the Magnet Base first, just because it requires a smaller amount of Cold Fusion. My current theory on that is

I think that the chests MUST have cold fusion in it. . . either that, or Icewing must drop a ton, because the bases require the cold fusion, and the drills require cold fusion.
I wonder if this area will have something (base, trap, something) that will be useful to use outside of the area itself.
Blasted through the 600ft mark. Now in the Bombing run. 604 ft - Hunt 142
