I'm currently at 69% of the way through Duchess. But my leveling has slowed way down since they released tournaments. And with the past week and a half being spent in the King's Gauntlet, it's pretty much stopped. Arch... Duchess? is a long ways away.

But on that note, I wanted to share with anyone who was interested, going into the King's Gauntlet with the top level traps across the board (Monstrobot, Sphynx, Reapers, Golden Base, uber charms, etc) potion drops are noticeably higher. I'm currently using up the remainder of my Tier VI cheese and I have 5 Tier VII potions ready to go, which is more than I ever got on my first run through. So unless I'm REALLY unlucky on Tier VII, which is possible, I should get my Eclipse Egg sometime today and then I'll have collected all the eggs. If not, I'll be joining Kat in hunting in the Gauntlet overnight to collect potions for next year. (Which I may do anyways in case they stick a Tier VII egg in there next year. )

After I'm done, I'll be heading back to the Warpath. Got a Warmonger to do battle with coming right up.

Interesting. . . I might have to revisit that area as well once I get all of that good stuff . I've always thought that there should be some sort of "gauntlet base" that increased the potion drop rates. . . but I digress.

I am currently in the Tribal Isles. I decided to do all of my Tribal hunting for the Zurreal assignment while the Bonus Eggs were still around. I'm up to 25/47 eggs now. I'm trying to catch a Swarm of Pygmy Mice in hopes they'll drop an Egg and then I'll be moving on to the Cove and Dracano (Zurreal drops and Eggs). After getting my Scavenger Egg, I've moved into Elub after the Egg there. So far I have 31/47 eggs... I'm hoping to get the three eggs (Derr, Elub, Nerg) today... After that not sure what I will do.

Just got my Eclipse Egg. Yaaaaaay!!! So I have one of each egg until next year when I'm sure they'll add more annoying eggs to get. (Though I really can't imagine one more annoying than the Eclipse. Maybe the Gargantuamouse?)

Congrats, FK! That's a major accomplishment, and hurray for being back in the warpath.

I'm quite pleased with the way the SMB is performing in here. It's doing about as well in wave 3 as the Crobot did on wave 2. It just shredded through waves 1 and 2 .

I didn't catch a Dragon, but I did finish Zurreal's Folly. I have to say I like this trap's design very much. It may be my new favorite. I'm set up in the Library tonight in hopes of catching Zurreal. I'm also doing a Library Catalog Assignment because I might as well feel like I'm accomplishing something, right? Anyway, once I get Zurreal I'll likely hang out in the Garden/Library/Tower depending on my mood until I can access the Fiery Warpath. That shouldn't be much later than early next week if I continue to level up the way I have previously in these areas. Especially if I still do assignments and get those lovely Tomes of Wisdom.

I didn't get the Eclipse or Black Widow eggs. I also didn't make it back to the warpath to try and get a warpath egg. I caught the warpath egg last year though. So technically, I caught all but two.

Edit: I caught a Black Widow!!! On the off chance I might pick one up before the end of the hunt, I went back to the Lagoon. I caught one! Yes!!! So I'm only one egg off from having caught them all.

Last night I did rather terribly in wave 3 . My biggest streak was a streak of three. I kept getting interrupted by other pesky mice wanting to face the Monstrobot I want to finish the scouts today, and then head clobber those archers.

I just caught Zurreal after having no luck overnight. In the middle of a Library assignment, so I will finish that up and then probably hang out in the Garden until I level up.

I see Whisker Woods tournaments have been added to the tournament list. ABOUT TIME!!! LOL

ETA: Oh, and I'm sure everyone noticed that the egg hunt has ended. I for one can't wait til next year, it's my favorite event.

I was hoping to nab a few more warpath eggs before the event ended. . . ah well. There's always next year . I got over 500K worth of stuff out of my warpath eggs. Needless to say I'm quite pleased (if only there was a way to get commander's charms out of eggs ).
