can someone tell me average money gain for a week in cats?

Using ACRONYM, 100K per day is not out of the question (minus cheese cost). So a net profit of around 500K for the week is not unreasonable.

I'm having a miserable time with the Technic Rooks. Even when I have the Rook Crumble charms armed, no dice. I caught one overnight, but when I have RC charms in place I don't attract Rooks and when I have Attraction charms I can't catch the Rooks. /frustration

Rooks are tough, Stwin. I'm sorry that you're having a difficult time, but hang in there! You can do it!

I'm having a wretched time in the market. For some reason, I'm having a ton of FTA's (even with attraction charms added). Then, I'm having difficulty catching the mice I attract .

I still need 35 limestone bricks, and then 19 more pieces of glass in order to build the charm shoppe. I'll hopefully finish this before the catacombs tournie starts in four hours.

Not true. Fantasia and I have both caught Kings as low as 40% and fantasia has in the 30s she told me the other day.

Oh yeah, it's definitely doable, but those rooks are always difficult. I've caught a Queen at 20% (although to this day, I have NO idea how ) and a King at 6% (Again. . . no idea how ). But those upper level mice are difficult.

EDIT: Bought all of the materials needed to make my Sphynx Wrath. I just need to farm the gold in order to buy the Sphynx Crystal off of the marketplace (about 5.5 million). I've got about 750K right now. . . so it'll take me a little while .

There are only 42 teams competing in the catacombs tournie (which astounds me due to the fact that it's an 8 hour tournie). We're in 13th right now, so that puts us in the top 25%. The other NarniaWeb team (Ramagut's team) is currently in 12th. So not only are we competing against everybody else. . . but a friendly competition is ensuing between our two teams

Sorry, team. This morning, I meant to travel to the Cats before I left for the day. Someone arrived sooner than I expected to pick me up and I forgot to move before leaving. Hopefully, we'll do even better now that we have another person actually in the Cats! I just caught a Vampire mouse giving us 30 more points.

I officially hate the Winter season. Fall was easy and I caught mice all the time. In Winter I have lots of misses and lots of stolen points, gold and bait. And my Winter trap (ASG) has 1400 more power then my Fall trap (Soul Harvester)!!! I don't get it!

I don't know what your amp is at now, but I don't usually give up until my amp is below 20%.

Winter is designed to be the most difficult season, so I'm not surprised your having trouble with it.
Also, trap statistics cannot be compared across trap types. The Soul Harvester is on par with the Heat Bath. Once you get that trap, you should see your catch rate go up a lot.

My amplifier sits at 54% and I have just the Queen and King left on my Technic run. I'm also halfway through an unintentional simultaneous Mystic run. Here's hoping I only catch the Technic royals overnight. I'm a bit more optimistic given the stats from DiGs, Kat and fantasia above.

At this point I'm pretty sure both teams should place... though with Ram's team it may be a close call. We currently stand in 10th, they stand in 17th. Cutoff points are 10th for the top 25% and 21st for the top 50%.

Yay! 10th!!! Now I'm back in SG to try to get the Winter Key shard before the season changes in two days.

Now that the tournie is at an end, I'm more or less going to be hanging out in the catacombs for a very long time. I bought stuff to make 220 pieces of RB last night so we'll see how much gold that will net me.

I checked in this morning and found that I'd caught my Technic Queen, along with a few extra Knights and Pawns. My amplifier is at 26% now. Here, little Technic King. Here's a nice piece of Gouda for you.

st, do you have any Chrome or Valentines charms? They might help give you a little extra boost to catch the king if you even need the extra boost I mean.

I really suggest using SB for the final stretch of ZT run, and using Valentine charms shouldnt hurt since your definitely not aiming to catch any mouse, maybe try using a weaker tact trap so u don't catch anything uneccessary? I always use Sb for ZT though, i find that i think u end up with no profit but I guess the point used to be worth it, finishing Furoma then going to Catacombs to make some serious money to get my SBM...i can see it, very far but doable L)

SB adds 99% attraction for the cheese, so you don't need to do SB + valentines charms. It just wastes the valentine's charms.
