So considering where you are right now, I'd recommend hanging onto 300 flameshards (cause the Warmonger always drops 100) + whatever you want to spend on charms and sell the rest.

ETA: Crossposted with Kat, and she reminded me of something... Molten Glass requires flameshards to make too doesn't it? So add that onto the above total. Basically I'd just always keep enough flameshards on hand that when you complete a run where a sandblasted metal might drop, you'll have enough flameshards to craft the Monstrobot right away.

ETA 2: Oh yeah, something else that I forgot to add to the above FBF summary. Steve Close, who has the most points in the game, is 8% away from leveling to the new rank. The devs confirmed that this secret new rank does exist (though Jacob needs to go draw a shield for it, Ha!) as do a few others. They also mentioned that the top rank that's programmed into the game, based on the rate that Steve is currently leveling, would literally take 10 years to get through. So there's no concern about anybody topping out any time soon.

Okay, with that info, I probably will hold onto about 400. That gives me the 200 needed for the SW and enough to take care of the market and hopefully charms. The Sandstorm Monstrobot is a long way away for me, so I can afford to farm/buy some more if needed. Once I get my SW, I'll probably do another run through the warpath (I might even do one in the meantime to farm gold because you do make a decent profit in there), which will net me even more flameshards.

I just sold 50 and got 134K for them. I've also got 30 pieces of SB on the market, which will net me 177K if sold. (That's over 300K in an hour!!!).

No, actually. I got fed up with waiting so I headed back without it. I'm up to 1.16 gold though which is nice! I could get it pretty soon. I can't decide if I will or not. A stronger Tactical trap would also be nice.

I'm just waiting for the SG to change seasons so I can go after the next shard. Hopefully I'll get the Winter Key Shard this time. I'll be gone for part of the Winter season, though, because I'm doing the Cats tourney with wolf, digs, and dot. Oh well, it'll help me with gold, a gold crown on the Ghost mouse, and hopefully tourney tokens.

I'll try but I'm not sure if she'll get it because for some reason even though it's a 5 player tourney it lists participating team members as 4/4
