MHGame.com is working for me, and it let me nab another dragon, which took us from 96th place up to 52nd

Wolf, so as to save precious materials, I headed over to Nerg Plains because I have a class starting in ten minutes, and didn't want to waste stuff on hourlies.

When you're in the middle of a tournament, it doesn't matter where you and your teammates are. Same place, different place, doesn't matter, you'll still go on hunts with each other. That's the power of the Tourny Horn! LOL (The tradeoff is that you will NOT go on hunts with any other friends not participating in the tournament.)

Well to make up for the Subterranean Showdown yesterday, my team is rocking the ZT tournament. We were holding 5th place for quite a while last night and then we only dropped to 26th place overnight. I started off the morning by catching a Chess Master which shot us up a lot and then my sister caught her Technic King and now she's going for her Chess Master as well. Since three of us are now in the Seasonal Garden, we'll probably slip down in rank unless Ara continues to catch Tower mice worth points before she nabs the Chess Master. But I'd say our top 25% place is pretty much in the bag.
My one and only regret is that I didn't grab a library assignment before I went into the Tower to help restock the Amplifier Charms and Checkmate Cheese. Ah well.

Our team has 232 points right now, and I am responsible for 202 of those points. . . I guess you could say that I'm carrying them . I was able to catch 3 Dragon mice with 8 pieces of Inferno Havarti (I was quite impressed with that catch rate!) which gave us 150 points. I'm also 3 for 3 on catches in the JoD right now (but only two counted for points because one was an hourly).

I've made enough havarti to last me for a while, so I'll probably spend the next few hours in here.

We're currently in the top fifty, but only just. 102nd right now, and the cutoff is 104th.

Sorry, digs, I haven't been doing much. I've caught a bunch of Davy Jones Mice which are only worth one point. Also caught a Tidal Fisher and a Nerg Lich which were worth five and ten. I just moved. I looked at my cheese and I had six pieces of Inferno Havarti. So I'm in Dracano until I use that up and hopefully will catch at least one mouse with that. After that, I'm probably going to head to Nerg or Elub. I have a higher catch rate and the mice there are worth more.

In other news, I just crafted the Molten Shrapnel Base. No particular reason. I bought the Platinum Bars on a supply run a few days ago and decided I might as well do it now. I might use it with Freshness Charms here in Dracano.

EDIT: Just realized that I had two Embers and four Fire Salt: enough for one batch of Inferno Havarti! Now I have twelve pieces.

Just got out so we should be doing better the rest of the day. I ran out of cheese too, cuz I had to leave this morning to print out my lab.

I'm either having remarkable good luck in the JoD, or they've made the mice easier to catch. I only missed 2/9 Stonework Warrior mice. Had a 33% catch rate for Magma Carriers (normal), and am so far 1/1 on Chitinous mice (I know, no big deal), but if you total all of those up, that's a 9/16 catch rate, which comes out to 56.25%. That's way higher than it should be. Either way, I'm not complaining. Each of those mice nabs us 30 tournament points!

We're now sitting comfortably within the top fifty at 90th place. If we keep moving up, I'm going to go out on a limb and wager that top 25% might be an option. . . . Especially as NAH is in a timezone that is so far removed from us, and will be able to hunt long after the rest of us have gone to bed

My team ended up at 37th place in the Zugzwang's tournament. Not bad considering that we hadn't prepared and we value sleep . That added 9 tokens to my overall total, which is currently 198.
Now we're doing a Furoma Masters tournament which the scoring is really interesting on (the masters in the Mediation Room are worth more than the Mojo and Sensei) so if we can stay in the top 50% on this tournament, the Gold Base is mine. Fingers crossed! Whooo!!

Well, just caught two Nerg Chieftains gaining us 40 points. I've crafted 18 Creamy Havarti and I'm back in JoD. I'm hoping to get some Fire Salt and craft some more Inferno Havarti and head into Dracano and catch a couple more Dragons. I wish Fire Salt wasn't so stinkin' hard to get.

I wish the Dragons weren't so hard to get! Not to mention the Pygmy Wrangler. I just caught 2 Elub Liches and a Nerg Lich earlier. Also moved to JoD with Crunchy because they were the only plants left that I had the supplies to make.

It depends. You could (in all reality) catch him with one piece of cheese . I used about 20, which is a LOT better than some people.

I'll be spending the night in the JoD if my team is remotely interested . I really hope we place!
