SOJO is horrible...I even went far into crafting the SBB for the power bonus against SOJO...but what do I see? Total annihilation...btw, any idea what charm would actually work better against him? Im currently running SW/SBB/Pros...i know its not good but yeah, its the best that I got

I had honestly never heard the Dojo Sensei called the "SOJO" before . I had to look it up on the wiki.

Your Sphynx Wrath trap is going to do very well against him, wil; probably better than any other trap. Even so, he's a very tough mouse, and you'll only have about a one in five catch rate. Be patient (I know it's tough).

I dunno, I took a peek at your profile and all I see is a solid string of catches. Obviously I can't see your ftc, but it doesn't look like you did that bad to me.

I went over to furoma.com and played around with setups that you either have or that you could get. The best I could come up with was SW/DJB/Super Power. (Super Power charms drop off of the Warmonger or can be purchased in the Muridae Market Charm Shoppe.) That setup brought your Sensei catch rate up to 18.04%. Your catch rate on the setup that you were using? 17.92%. In other words, practically no improvement whatsoever. You say your setup isn't very good, but the fact of the matter is that the Sensei has the lowest catch rate of any mouse in the game and until they release a new tactical trap that's massively better than the Sphynx, you're not going to see an improvement over what you already have.

ETA: Well, we have officially learned some things about the Subterranean Showdown tournament. Do not attempt without a full team for throughout the whole tournament. (Our fourth member was only here for an hour and then she had to go to work.) Do not attempt without the gold base. (Apparently the only people who sign up for this one are the hard core pros.) Because of this our team fell just short of the 50% cutoff. It didn't help that we missed every single BBB that came by (about 5 or 6 total). So yeah, disappointing, but that's the way it goes sometimes.
We have now signed up for the 24 hour Zugzwang's Tower tournament that starts in under an hour. This one should also be interesting. Especially since I haven't done a tower run in ages and barely remember how to do it.

I got the Shelder mouse!!!!! A couple hundred pieces of cheese, but I got him!!!!! And I'm almost at 16 million points! Yay!
I think I'll head off to the Catacombs after I hit the 16 million mark.

I got tired of catching Pymgies, and Sylvans and no Pygmy Wranglers, so I decided to farm a bit more fire salt before the tourney. After the Tourney if I still don't have enough for a batch I will hit Balack's Cove again... and let the process repeat until I catch something

I'm still hunting in the Catacombs. No luck getting the Keeper's Candle yet, but I'm about 5000 gold away from enough for the ACRoNYM. Can't wait!!

So we're doing pretty well in our tournie right now. 30/134 as of right now, so top 25 (thanks to a monster netting me 50 pts).

I wonder if anybody on my team would want to do the all day tribal isle tournie tomorrow. The rewards are great, and if we could finish in the top 50% that would be amazing!

The downside is that it is an all day tournie (24 hours). It starts at 8AM tomorrow. . . so let me know!

@Digs I will participate because I'll be hunting in the area anyways. I know Ithy can't access the locations yet, so at the most it'll just be you, me, and Dot. I actually prefer the longer ones... So I don't mind it being an all day one.

malkah, I'm trying to figure out how you moved through the Catacombs so fast, but maybe it's all relative anymore since everyone is progressing through the much harder areas. Either way, I hope you catch that Keeper Mouse soon as well as get your ACRONYM. What do you plan to do next? Hit the Lagoon for your Hydra Mouse maybe?

Considering that our team had 0 points for the first hour of our tournament (Pawns in ZT are worth nothing), we're doing really good now. I'm up to 1 Rook, but I plan to attempt a full Tower run to maximize points.

As soon as our tournament ends, I'll sign us up then, Wolfie. If Dot were to get in as well, I think we'd stand a real shot of doing well. At any rate, I'll spend the evening farming seeds. I've been wanting to go after another dragon for a while now, and this gives me a good excuse to do it.

I missed a Technic King at 113% amplifier with the Sphynx/Spellbook/Checkmate setup. I didn't even know that was possible.

Our Tower tourny is going well. We're currently rank 8. That'll drop significantly overnight, but hopefully we'll hold top 25%!

I've decided to spend part of tomorrow's Tourney in Dracano after the heat bath and the rest in Balack's Cove. That means I need at least two more Fire Salt tonight, I'm hoping I'll get at least 1 more Primal and get a Bronze Crown.

My team is hanging steadily around 30th. So top 50% should be no problem

I'm going to spend the night farming red pepper seeds. I've got plenty of blue seeds from our last tournie, Wolf, and hopefully I can get enough red seeds overnight to do some good. With them, I'll be able to hopefully craft some inferno havarti, and get into the JoD.

I'll probably bounce around tomorrow, but either way, I'm excited.

We're currently in 30th place, and the cut-off for top 25% is 33rd. Here's hoping we finish strong!!!
