Here's to Narniaweb!

I just had to pop into the Spare Oom to say something heartfelt. I was a little bored tonight and hopped on, only to discover 23 people were viewing the movie forum. That prompted me to scroll down and see that 66 people were online! I know that's no record, but it has saddened me to see things so quiet here over the last few years. I always knew that as soon as things got into full swing, we'd all still be here, but I am so glad that I was right. Looking forward to the next few years of Narnia news with you. The movies may or may not be good, but we're about to have a blast! To Narniaweb!

Edit: by the time I logged off, it was 79!

Hear, hear, @Anfinwen! Grin

I actually think we're in for some really interesting times on the internet over the next few years. With the advent of ChatGPT and such, a lot of the major social media platforms are struggling to deal with inauthentic content and engagement, but I can say with a pretty high degree of confidence that every single person posting on here is a real human with real thoughts! That's becoming much more rare online these days and so it wouldn't surprise me if indie forums, like this one, are going to have a bit of a revival.

So glad so many of us are still here, and new members are joining us! Here's to a Narnian renaissance! Rock on

Blessings on this site and all who run it!

Narniaweb has created friendships, special support, fun gatherings, and a mutual love of all things Narnian and Lewis.

There, shining in the sunrise, larger than they had seen him before, shaking his mane (for it had apparently grown again) stood Aslan himself.
