Thanks W4J,
some very nice stills there! Can't wait to see the movie. I love the stills, I can't imagine how much better it will be to see them in motion.
I know, I know, it's silly, narnian1. You don't know the extent of my feelings towards this certain character. xDD

3 days until Courageous hits theaters! I'm so excited, my Dad got tickets from our church. So we get to see it Saturday afternoon! Is anyone else going to see it this weekend?

I'll be seeing Courageous this weekend as well! I can't wait! I hope it's as good as Facing the Giants and Fireproof- (Flywheel, I like the message but it's a poor movie).
Courageous is coming out friday!!!!! I am so excited! it's going to be epic it looks like it could be even better than Fireproof, if that's possible Fireproof is awesome, and the Courageous trailer looks like it's high quality! SO excited!

I'm thinking about movies I want to see:
Ok DEFINITELY The Hunger Games. Who else thinks Peeta was cast perfectly? (Katniss is really good too. )
Secondly, Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows. It lookes funnier than the first.
Wow, that's it? Usually I have a billion.
And on the mockingjay note: I agree. CREEPY! ....but cool.

Ok! Movies I'm lookin forward to:
1. Real Steel - Yes it's probably cheesy. I personally don't care.
2. Puss in Boots - Don't. Say. A Word.
3. Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows - Robert Downey Jr. Enough said.
4. Journey 2: The Mysterious Island - Yes, I'm back to cheesy movies. I only want to see this cause of Michael Caine and Josh Hutcherson, sooo....
5. The Hunger Games - *screams and yells with excitement* Again, enough said.
6. Untitled Star Trek Sequel - Oh yeah.
7. The Hobbit: And Unexpected Journey and The Hobbit: There and Back Again - Come on, do I even need to say it? Everyone loves LotR!
Well, those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.... I'll edit if I think of any others.....
You forgot to mention the Tintin movie.
Also, The Hobbit belongs to the Middle Earth mythology but it isn't part of The Lord of the Rings.

For those, (in North America), interested in Tintin-
The movie was originally set to release on Friday Dec 23. It has now been pushed up to Wednesday Dec 21. It's just two days difference but it's nice all the same. Trying to get a lead on Christmas weekend, smart move.
Grrr... Australia still has to wait until December 26. So unfair. Good for you guys though, getting it a bit earlier.
Here's a Spanish trailer for Tintin. It's not expertly-crafted but it's action-packed and interesting. Enjoy!

I guess this info shouldn't come as a surprise, but with Spielberg's Tintin being pushed up.... Disney pushed up War Horse, also Spielberg, it will now open on Dec 25, instead of the originally planned Dec 28.
Thanks for the update narnian1!
Movies I plan on seeing the rest of this year:
2011
The Adventures of Tintin!!!
The Thing
Immortals
Sherlock Holmes: A Games of Shadows
Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol
War Horse
Movies I'm looking forward to next year:
2012
The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey!!!!!!
The Dark Knight Rises
The Avengers
Star Trek 2
Prometheus (the Prequel to Alien)
Wrath of the Titans
I also might be interested in the
The Hunger Games.
The Value of myth is that it takes all the things you know and restores to them the rich significance which has been hidden by the veil of familiarity. C.S. Lewis
I am looking forward to seeing War Horse this Christmas. I saw the trailer not too long ago, and for a movie with a horse as a lead character, it looks very well done. It is based off of a book by Michael Morpurgo that I am reading right now. I am really liking the book so I hope that I like the movie.
I also hope to watch the new Muppets movie. I think it will be nice to have a movie done with puppets, er, Muppets, for a change of style. The trailers remind me a lot of the older Muppets movies and such.
*waits patiently for the holidays to come*
Here's the second Tintin movie trailer. Enjoy!
