I'm looking forward to Valentines Day because it has Taylor Swift in it and What Boys Want because it has Selena Gomez in it.
Clash of the Titans and Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, now two of my most anticipated films of 2010
Funny that those two trailers come out around the same time, since Gemma Arterton is in both of them. Looks like she has a big year ahead of her.
Anyway, thanks for sharing the trailers. I had been waiting for a glimpse of Clash of the Titans, but I wasn't very impressed by the trailer. There wasn't very much to it, just a bunch of fight scenes edited together. It was like it was screaming, "Look at me! Look at me! I'm a summer blockbuster that happens to be coming out in March!" Prince of Persia, on the other hand, was not previously on my radar but looks interesting - not great, but a good popcorn movie. I would never have put Arterton and Gyllenhall together, though I like them individually. We'll see how it pans out. Anyway, it has Ben Kingsley in it, and he's always good.

Hopefully when the theatrical trailer for Clash of the Titans rolls around it will have much more substance and structure and give viewers a better grasp at the plot.
I don't know about everyone else but i am getting really sick of people going on and on about twilight(new moon). I have to go see because my friends will drag me along. People talking about it all the time puts me off.
Me too, ILoveFauns. Fortanutly, in the circles I run in, very few people are into that and those that are don't talk about it a lot.
It hasn't been that bad for me either. I think i have only seen three tv spots about New Moon. I will go and see it. It does look better then the first one which i thought didn't really have a plot.
There are no clouds in the sky. There is only the open sun and the Lord watches.
I only have 2 friends that like it, and they don't talk about it very much. What bugs me is the merchandise everywhere. My goodness! Books and bookmarks and jewlery and cell phone charms and dolls and umbrellas (I'm not kidding, I saw an umbrella) and cookbooks and games!! It's crazy! You just can't get away from it!

Buds: 5, Twin Blank! <--- also don't remember who Twin Blank was. Find me if you're out there, lost one.
Whoa, ILF, and here I thought you were a Twilight fan! I do understand how even fans might get annoyed by the hype, though.
Actually, I've heard that the book of New Moon is if anything less well-plotted than Twilight. I've also heard, though, that production values on the new movie are supposed to be significantly higher than the last, which a friend described as looking like "something my high school friends would shoot in my backyard." Not that I've seen the first movie or read any of the books, of course.

Wait a second checkers, a cookbook? What are the recipes?
Blood Soup: (Note: It is suggested that only sparkly vampires should make this recipe)Step 1: Go into the woods and wait for the animal of your choice to come into smelling/hearing range. Step 2: Chase this animal. Since you are a sparkly vampire, don't worry about not catching your prey. Step 3: Don't bother with a bowl. Just suck out all that delicious blood, and enjoy!
Yeah, riiiiiiiiiiiight. I can't wait to get my hands on that cookbook. Yum!
That's just sad.

A TWILIGHT COOKBOOK? Now that's really sad. It's just annoying. My Twilight-fan-friend keeps rubbing it in my face though that the Twilight movies are coming along faster than the Narnia movies.
It probably has recipes for black pudding and blood sausages and haggis and the like. But you probably have to add a whole bottle of glitter and a liberal amount of teenage angst.

The Twilight movies are coming out so fast because they have much lower production value. And, in my honest opinion, no matter what the fan girls may think, Twilight is a fad, and the producers don't want it to end before they get all the movies out.
Today, Sherwood Pictures announced their next film... *drum roll* Courageous.

Yes, but is it any good? Or just another well-intentioned saccharine movie disguised as a sermon?

They just released the title and what it is going to be about. I don't think the script is even finished yet. As they don't start filming until March, there's not even casting going on. I am hopeful it will be an even better film than Fireproof, though.
Off topic- W4J, did you get to watch Fireproof yet? I don't recall....
