At this rate I'll probably be 25 when The Hobbit comes out. I'm sure they'll find a good director soon who will not take a long time on this with plans already with a good fast team and get this movie out. I'll still wait but I do feel your pain GTG! I wish it wouldn't take for ever.

I wish they could realize the pain they cause their fans. They should just get on with it. I'm sure they'll get loads of money from it. They should stop wasting their money on crappy films and get this one off the ground! Sorry, but I'm getting frustrated .

Yes I very much understand. the company wastes their time to get bad made movies out of the way before starting on movies with actual good stories. LOTR fans have waited for seven years now to see if The Hobbit would ever be made and now that it is greenlit they make the fans suffer. I don't think it's right either.

Actually The Hobbit was never greenlit officially and still is not. Unfortunately big studios have a lot more to worry about than just making sure the fans don't have to wait.
