I don't know if this has been brought up yet or not, but Jim Carrey is supposedly starring as Robert Ripley in the 2011 film, "Ripley's Believe It Or Not!".
I think it should be......interesting....

I heard about that mm1991. Isn't Tim Burton supposed to be directing that?

Anyways if it's true I can see Jim doing it. I wasn't a fan of the show to begin with but I used to watch it.

Ah yes, Inception. Christopher Nolan has never made a bad movie. I'm expecting big things.

Inception looks so good and yes Christopher Nolan is genius so this film will be great without a doubt. I'll also be in Hollywood by the time this movie premieres. :D :D ;)

Ohh, Inception. Somehow I keep forgetting it's coming out SO SOON. Chris Nolan is one of my favorite filmmakers - and the subject matter of this film is RIGHT up my alley (major sci-fi geek). Can't wait! :D

I know some of you are fans of Brendan Fraser and The Journey to the Center of the Earth movie, so I thought I would share this news. The sequel has gotten the green light, but with a new director- Brad Peyton. Also, it looks as if Brendan Fraser won't be reprising his role either. The script is being reworked to give the lead role to Josh Hutcherson, who I guess was also in the first film.

While I have no interest in these films, I'm surprised Fraser isn't coming back, as his career isn't exactly at it's peak right now, and I'm sure he could use the payday. ;)

^^ oh my word! that's crazy! I mean, Josh Hutcherson will be great as the lead role, but no Brendan Fraser? then how will they do the plot without Trevor in the story? :-

Yeah I heard that the new Journey to the center of the earth was going to have Josh Hutcherson the main character. It should be pretty good and i do wish Brendan was reprising his role too, but I heard he's got many movies in pre-production and doesn't have the time. I will still see this movie though!

I don't know if I'm going to watch it. The first one was ok but I wasn't a huge fan and sequels tend to be worse so...

I hope in some way Brendan Fraser makes a cameo somehow in the sequel. That would be cool! ;) :D

I just read about Journey Sequel. I love the 2008 one. And am happy the sequel is being made. I want Brendan Fraser to return, but I can see Josh Hutcherson carrying it quite nicely. So it's upsetting but I am definitely hopeful still.

on more unfortunate news:
Eagle of the Ninth was pushed back to Feb 2011.

I don't think i'll be watching The Karate Kid.

1. It's a remake of a classic.
2. It's about kung fu not karate
3. Because i know I can't enjoy this.

Another one that I just recently found out about and I dont know if I want to see it or not is Scream 4. Part of me wanted it to end with the third one because i didn't like it but I did like the ending.
