Lots of superhero trailers out recently. Oh and some little movie trailer with a Star Wars heading in the title. Although, out of all the action popcorn flick type movies, about the only one I'm kind of interested in is The Avengers 2. I didn't care for the first Avengers at all, but the sequel looks kind of intriguing.
I'm joining the ranks of those looking forward to the next Pixar movie, Inside Out. Looks nice and creative and funny and poignant all at the same time.

Funny, the more I hear about Age of Ultron the less I'm looking forward to it. But if it's leading up to the Civil War (from what I know of it), it's almost certain to be a bit of a downer, so...
But I'm definitely looking forward to Inside Out.
When does SW come out?
Some days you battle yourself and other monsters. Some days you just make soup.
You're probably right Valia. And I don't think I'll see Age of Ultron in the theaters anyways. I'm kind of burned out on movies in general. I still see a small handful here and there that I like, but they are few and far between.
Big Hero 6 is next on my Netflix list. I am definitely looking forward to that one.
Star Wars comes out this December I believe. Not sure what the date is. It'll probably fill in for all of those Middle Earth movies that aren't being made anymore.
I'm not a superhero/science-fiction/fantasy person (exception: Narnia). I prefer historical and literary dramas. Here are my recommendations for May films (theaters/DVD). I would love to see Far From Men (Albert Camus) and Noble. I plan to see Polycarp: Destroyer of Gods this weekend too.
I don't know if anybody besides Shadowlander who still frequents this site ever played any of the Warcraft games, but the first image from the movie was just released today. It looks really good so I have hope that it might be decent.
I've not played Warcraft but know a number of people who do (along with other similar games like Guild Wars) so that movie looks like one I might be interested in.
But all night, Aslan and the Moon gazed upon each other with joyful and unblinking eyes.
I'm mildly interested in the Warcraft film only because of Duncan Jones.i was really impressed with his direction of the great little thriller Source Code.
Never played the game though.
I'm kind of curious what the plot will cover, exactly. In the video game renditions of the Warcraft universe WoW is the 4th game...that's lots of history to cover. I guess one could do it LotR style with a brief 8 minute introductory history, but it'd take some doing . In my heart I hope they do more than a few minutes on Warcraft II.

SL, I'm pretty sure the plot covers the original 'Warcraft: Orcs Vs Humans' game.
We have opened a general Movies topic here, which includes Past, Present, and Future Movies. For any related discussion, that's the place to go.
