Thanks! It's actually the Elvish for "Moon Maiden", I believe. I got it from an Elvish translating site, so I can't be sure of its accuracy. I'm just a beginning student when it comes to learning Sindarin and Quenya, I'm afraid.

You're right! The word 'Ithil' means moon and 'wen' means lady or maiden.
