With Thanksgiving just around the corner, I think it would be time for us Narniawebbers in the US to talk about our favorite Thanksgiving dishes. (I'm not sure if this would be included in the thread about "Food for Though (and discussion)", but I thought I start one).
I think my two favorites our cranberry-orange sauce and stuffing. I actually really like stuffing with dried cranberries, because it's the season for cranberries. We also make ours with oregano, because being of Italian descent, it's like having Thanksgiving in Italy in the US. One might think that cranberries and oranges are an odd combination, but it's a really good sauce.
What are your favorite Thanksgiving dishes?
