Just got back from the Tenth Avenue North and Third Day concert.
It was fantastic! TAN sang songs off both CDs, most of it I knew and enjoyed being there tonight. They were a blast. They sang a song "You Don't Owe Me". Not available in stores or for purchase as a digital download. If you don't know already, it's available for free on their site.
Third Day sang much of their new stuff naturally, but I am thankful they sang many of their early stuff as well. Loved finally having seen them. There were other songs I would have liked to hear, but with a collection like theirs I consider myself lucky to hear the old that I did. Huge collection so naturally they weren't going to do all of them. But I loved what they did perform.
That sounds like so much fun, narnian1!! I wanted to go to that concert when it was nearby me, a few months ago, but I didn't get too. But I'm glad you were able to go, and that you enjoyed it; I'll have to check out that song!!

I just read on Facebook, Casting Crowns own page-
We just finished the vocals for the new record. We are calling the record:
Come to the well
I truly believe this is our best record yet. Thick teaching songs about Family, forgiveness, and some in your face (with love) songs that we have become known for.
I can't wait for this album!
Michael Buble: I like a few of his songs... the ones I've heard. Haven't Met You Yet, Feeling Good, Everything, Home. I don't care for Everything as much though... Home is probably my favorite.
The Band Perry: I have their self titled album too... I like If I Die Young... otherwise they're mostly breakup songs that I don't care for as much. Some breakup songs are good, but I didn't like theirs as well. Course, I've only given it one listen so far, besides IIDY, so I should listen to it again to get a more solid opinion...
Waking Up by One Republic: I can't remember remember which songs are on this album, but I have songs from it I know.. and I think I liked them...
The Innocence Mission: I didn't care for her voice at first, but I fell in love with some of the lyrics before I even heard the songs... 😉 I like quite a few of their songs though. Not my favorite voice, but I do like them.

I am also excited about a new Casting Crowns album!
I am absolutely fanatic about Waking Up; has to be my favorite album ever!! Fear, All This Time, and Lullaby have to be my favorites, but I love them all really well, for different things in them. It's just stunning.
The Innocence Mission: I didn't care for her voice at first, but I fell in love with some of the lyrics before I even heard the songs... 😉 I like quite a few of their songs though. Not my favorite voice, but I do like them.
I quite agree. Some of their song lyrics are really nice, but it kind of hurts me to listen to them very much.

Sadly, it is true. They posted this on their website. I am so glad that I get to go to one of their last concerts; it will be my first and last DC*B concert. Ah, so bittersweet...

I've never been a huge fan of the David Crowder Band; but I do like some of their songs, and this is really sad, as always when a band breaks up. Have fun at the concert, Wintie!

I love a lot of their songs, so sad that they are breaking up
But did I read right? They are working on one final album? (to be released still, not Church Music I mean). Tell me there's at least one more to come
There's this song I like... but I don't know the name. I'd love to find out what it is, seeing as I've only heard 18 seconds of it. Can anyone help me identify the song or artist, or if you don't recognize it, tell me how I can find out?
The link to the clip of the song I have is here:

Awww, darn i was hoping it wasn't true I got to see them in concert twice (well they were actually two different festivals, but same difference) and they were really friendly and fun... so sad that they're breaking up, they've been around for a long time (at least for me they've been around for 11 years!) At least there'll be a new album?
winterlife, hope you have fun at that concert

narnian1, yes, there will be another album.
And thanks everyone for the well-wishing about the concert! I will be taking my camera and going to several concerts in June, so I will try to link to pictures when I get back.

oh good to know DCB will have.
I just bought my first Owl City song: Galaxies.
I've tried getting into them before but it just didn't suit me. (Listened on YouTube). However I quite enjoy this one.
Also got Hold Me by Jamie Grace feat tobyMac.
