I tried to like MuteMath, but failed misrably. it was probably the lyrics.....

Don't get me wrong, I love MuteMath's lyrics. Songs like Chaos I've always seen as being Christian-influenced. (even Noticed has stood out to me as being possibly spiritually themed) No Response is just one song that doesn't sit right with me, because I feel like it's sort of talking about moral relativism. Even so, the song is very well-written. I actually didn't have to try hard to get into them. I liked them pretty much as soon as I started listening.

I just knew how they were gonna play it...by listening to the beat...or whatever. No it wasn't predictable, I just was able to tell what he was gonna do next...or something . Well I had 6 songs off of the album, but that left 7 I hadn't listened to yet- yes I know, I should have listened to them LONG ago . I'm in LOVE with A Song is Not a Business Plan! Sooo catchy and awesome .

I've actually only listened to one song by MuteMath. Can't even remember what it was . It was a bonus song on one of the WOW Hits CDs...

Ok, I see, haha. A Song is Not A Business Plan is a very good song. I feel like the lyrics sort of define Bryce's whole mission as far as songwriting goes.

I'm also scheming to find a concert buddy before June 22nd. Deas Vail is going to be in Richmond and I have to go. Dad's probably gonna be out-of-town again,and that's also a VBS night...so chances are my schemes shall fail.
I still need to look up the group they're touring with...

yeah someone posted the music video on NRT about 3 weeks ago. It was so bad I couldn't finish watching it. I can't believe how low she has stooped. I also watched a video of an interview with her about the video and she was saying that it was perfectly fine for the age of her fans . Seriously. That girl needs some prayer.

if you go tell me how it is. They're going to be close by me two days after my birthday and my dad says I can't go even if I payed for everything myself and had no birthday present or party or anything (and it will be my seet 16!) . I was bawling tonight. He said it's b/c he doesn't want me going to concerts all the time but I've only been to three in my whole life! I'm so upset right now...

Deas Vail doesn't really come near me at all on their tour.... sad. Oh well! My mom was willing to think about taking me to Warped in Atlanta in July since I'll be down in that area for a camp this summer, but the only band I would have wanted to hear was The Rocket Summer, and I didn't think it would be worth going just to hear him. If DV was playing too, I would have wanted to go, but they're not playing at any of the Warped shows until August.
The Classic Crime is going to be giving a show relatively near me in June, but it's just an acoustic set, so I dunno if I should look into that more or just forget it.. it would be like 2 hours away. Some Christian band called Spoken is opening for them.
