I am totally in love with this show! My favorite episode is a close tie between Study in Pink and Great Game. Ben and Martin were perfect choices as the main characters, and I think the people who made this show possible are brilliant!

^ Wow already picking favorites? I can't even choose which one is my favorite because i love em all! Yeah in a special feature on my DVD Benedict didn't even have to audition for the role of Sherlock. The creators and director wanted him from the very beginning. I think that's awesome!

I wish I had the DVD... I'm hoping that I'll get it for Christmas.

Hmm... my favorite episode? Well I havent gotten a chance to see the third one yet; I have it recorded on tape. I definitely liked the first one better than the second (though I loved both).

I just love the chemistry between the two characters. It's actually hard for me to decide whether I like this Sherlock or the Robert Downey Jr. version (which was one of my favorite movies of all time). They are both so amazing.

What's everyone's favorite moments? I have a lot, lol. It's hard to remember them all, but... I really love the part where Sherlock calls Watson away from his meeting with Mycroft just to ask him to do something really simple (Was it calling smeone on the cellphone? )
And that girl who's totally in love with Sherlock... haha, that's so cute.
I also love how Sherlock kept getting in the way of Watson and his date, LOL.

I watched this a month or 2 ago and their is new episodes comign out next year, I love them. The newest movie is awsome 2. That taxi driver man was just scary, I would love to have a mind liek sherlock.

I have been in love with this show ever since I saw "The Study in Pink" last Wednesday. It's amazing. I won't try to describe it because I'll fail miserably! But one thing I LOVE about this show are the hilarious lines & characters. Sherlock & Watson crack me up! Very quotable. Plus, Sherlock is just genius! For example, when he could tell that Watson was a soldier & an army doctor just by looking at the way he stands! And that he could tell all that about his brother just by looking at his phone for like .5 seconds! I couldn't believe it...

As for favorite lines, there's a ton of good ones! I love the thing about how Sherlock wears the nicotine patches to help him think.

W: Is that 3 patches?
S: It's a 3 patch problem.

What's everyone's favorite moments? I have a lot, lol. It's hard to remember them all, but... I really love the part where Sherlock calls Watson away from his meeting with Mycroft just to ask him to do something really simple (Was it calling someone on the cellphone? )

haha! yeah, he was on the other side of London & he told Watson to come just to send a text!

S: Did he offer you money to spy on me?
W: Yes
S: Did you take it?
W: No
S: Pity, we could have split the fee. Think it through next time.

As for a favorite episode, I can't choose! They're all so good. Except for that horrid cliffhanger at the end! AHH! HOW could they do that?! What do you guys think?

Sherlock: Mrs. Hudson took my skull.

Sherlock: It's for men.
Anderson: Well of course it's for men I'm wearing it.
Sherlock: True and so is Sergent Donovan... oh I think it just vaporized. My I go in?

*Anderson says something in German* something revenge.

*Closes door on Anderson*

I love Sherlock and Anderson's conflicts it is so hilarious! I hope Anderson comes back in a few episodes.

Oh my gosh, I love the whole Sherlock/Anderson conflict!

A: And we found the case in the hands of our favorite pyschopath
S: I'm not a pyschopath Anderson, I'm a highly-functioning sociopath--do your research!

S: Anderson, don't talk out loud, you lower the IQ of the whole street.

And of course any tiffs Sherlock has with the police in general:

^ haha yeah! I was watching that last night at the same time when writing my screenplay!

I LOVE the beginning of the Great Game!

S: *shoots the wall with a gun 3 times to give a yellow smiley face spray painted on the wall eyes & nose*
W: What are you doing?!
S: *quietly* Bored
W: What?
S: BORED! *shoot* Bored! *shoot* (something about not being on a case)
W: So you take it out on the wall?
S: the wall had it coming *flops down on the couch like a little kid*

That whole scene is hilarious! Then Watson opens the fridge & sees the head! Oh, boy... I could go do this all day!

W: You could always go [to the store] yourself, you know. You've been sitting there all morning! You haven't even moved since I left!
S: *flashes to when he was fighting, guy swings the sword toward Sherlock & he ducks*
W: What happened about that case you were off on. (something about a diamond)
S: Not interested *slides a sword under the chair back with his foot*
I sent them a message. *Punches the guy who falls unconscious in on a chair*

Oh, boy... Why doesn't he ever tell Watson this stuff? Like when that guy chokes him with the handkerchief, & Sherlock comes out all coughing, but he doesn't tell anyone!

Sherlock *sarcastically*: No, she was writing an angry note in German! *now annoyed* Of course, she was writing 'Rachel'!

Oh, and the part in the beginning where Sherlock hacks everyones' phones to tell them that the police are wrong about the murders!

^ i LOVE that last one! When you first watch it, you think it's the murderer, then when you see the "SH" in the text, it's like "What? Wait...HAHA! I get it!"

Hahahahaha! I love your theories, Pendragon! They're pretty much exactly like mine! Speaking of getting texts from murderers, here's a great part:

John: The murderer...you think the murderer has the phone? Wait--who did I just text?!

If I were him, I'd probably be grabbing Sherlock's shoulders and shaking him, going, "Why did you make me text that person?! Now a murderer has my number!"

(I'm gonna write that down, actually, that'd be great for a Sherlock fanfic )

Oh, and this little number when Sherlock and John are chasing the cabbie in Study in Pink:

J: I got the cab number!
S: Good for you. *Alternative route process begins in his mind*

Which reminds me of the one part in Blind Banker where John sees ciphers on the wall and he takes Sherlock to see them only for them to have been covered over:

S *grabs John by the shoulders and spins him around*: John, do you remember the ciphers? You must try and remember, because the average human memory is only 62% accurate!

One of my favorite scenes (here i go again! ) is when Watson & Sherlock are at the pool in the last one, & the bad guy has Watson straped to the bomb, & Watson offers to die for Sherlock! Then when the guy leaves, Sherlocks walking around & like "I can't believe it...that was good of you.." OH! SO GOOD! I love their bond! They did SO well putting their characters together. Sherlock gives Watson adventure & Watson shows him what loyalty is, & he brings out the more human qualities in him. Love it.
