If there's a Christianity, Religion, and Philosophy topic, why can't we have a Sciencity, Science, and Scientology topic? 
Hmmm, well, maybe not the last one. 
But anyways, the reason I created this topic is because I noticed that the current topic being discussed in CR&P didn't really have to do with Christianity, Religion or Philosophy, but rather Science (more specifically, weather patterns).
I was thinking maybe we could move the Global Warming discussion over here and focus more on Theology where it was meant to be discussed. 
Starkat is right in that we need to keep politics out of our discussions on here. Claiming that the idea of Global Warming is a political conspiracy or the idea that Global Warming is a conspiracy is itself a political conspiracy is not helpful.
I for one don't care what politicians say, I'm more interested in the actual facts. 
Fact: the temperature of the Earth has risen by 1 degree Celsius over the past 100 years. The question is...are humans the cause?

Mino, we've already got a thread on weather topics. So this is kind of a duplicate of that thread. Why don't you take the discussion there? I'm going to close this since we've got other threads where the discussion can be held. Please stay away from the discussion of global warming though. It is a discussion that cannot be discussed without getting political.
