Oh, wow! Happy Birthday, Little SL! And a very hearty conga-rats to Mr. and Mrs. SL! What a special blessing!

Congratulations to Master Big Bro and Wifester!!! 
( < a hug for each of you and a kiss for the baby) Your new daughter will be a wonderful addition to the Mod Army! Flam and I will teach her how to operate the potato guns on the Flamvee for sure! Oh, and don't forget that I'm gonna babysit for you!

Oh my goodness, thanks all of you!!
Baby is a girl and her name is Sarah Grace. She was born around 3:30pm yesterday and was 9 lbs. 10 oz. (this is apparently very large in newborn terms...she just looks baby-sized to me 
). She's got Wifester's lips and my appetite. Hopefully I'll be allowed to ween her on high octane action movies 
. We both love her to death...she is absolutely beautiful and has thick curly brown hair and blue eyes, although apparently all newborns have blue eyes (infant trivia ), and she is impossibly soft and holdable...I can't even describe it. God has been immeasurably good to me and my family .
Libbinator: If you had said that she was Epic, I would agree!
Rosie: She's going to be a Blue Devil, you know . But she's also gonna eat barbecue with me, so if you want to contribute red slaw and hush puppies no one will stop you! 
Capt. Djaq: You are so on for babysitting...this is exhausting! And then Flam and Mountie have her right after you so no one gets exhausted. I'm running on about 4 hours of sleep for the past 2 days, but poor Wifester had a C-section so she's sore and achy, but her face just completely changes when she's holding Sarah and you can tell there's no pain in the world that would take away her enjoyment of being a Mom.
Again, thanks to all of you for the well wishes! We both greatly appreciate it!
