Mr. and Mrs. Shadowlander had their first baby earlier today. I shall forgo details in case SL doesn't want them known (he can post them later if he wants to

Oh, wow! Good on you guys! Congratulations and best wishes in your new lives as first-time parents. There will be great challenges (or so I've heard) but also times of great joy. Treasure them and be sure to ask trusted family and friends about their experiences. Remember it takes a 'village' to raise a child. God Bless your richly!

Shadowlander, how very exciting! You have such an adventure ahead of you. (Good advice, Warrior, btw.) Enjoy, enjoy, ENJOY! Thankful to God for the baby's safe arrival! A brand new life, wow!

Congratulations Shadowlander and Mrs. Shadowlander! I remember what great fun it was when my younger brothers were born, and what a grand experience it has been watching them grow up. May it be the same for you.
(And of course, when your child is old enough, you must get him or her to join NarniaWeb... perhaps under the name of Shadowlander II? )

Wow, congratulations! (Not to be a spoilsport or anything but...remember, kids grow fast! -Coming from a kid, that's a little weird. Maybe I'm just a learned kid!-) anywho, good luck raising her, remember that the teenage years are the hardest, but also remember that we people on NarniaWeb are always here for you.
Just tell me you didn't name her after any villains....please?! 
Okay, enough being dumb. I'm really happy for you guys, and I'm sure you'll make a great dad, Shadow. I don't really know your wife, but...I'll bet you can vouch for her.

Oh congratulations to both you, Shadow, and your wife!! What a wonderful blessing and gift you've recieved for the upcoming holiday! I hope you two have many days of laughter and joy ahead of you to come. A new baby is so wonderful!
