Valiant: Me too! I turn off the lights before sleeping so it would be easy for me to go in slumber.

I try to watch some shows like America's next top model or detective shows just to tire my eyes.

^ I can't even have the smallest light visible. I can't keep the charger plug thing in my laptop because it shines a little blue light that is soo annoying! So I always unplug it.

Wow, you have a phobia in light huh, Valiant haha. I can tolerate little light or brilliance but maybe but I always wash my feet before sleeping for not to stain my bed sheet. Usually I have dirty feet.

Ya, I totally can't sleep if I see the light, lol. One time I was at my cosuin's house, and she like to keep her nightlight on... It was so annoying.

Valiant, I believe you are a selaphobic -- fear of light flashes (but during at night). LOL. So you have to wear a "sleeping mask" before going to sleep? .

I dance before going to sleep! Haha.

Before I go to bed - I write in my 5 year diary!!
And sometimes listen to music.

Elanor: Whoa! 5 year diary? That's a record! Haha. I barely keep a diary that long! I usually use it as a drawing book when I am lazy updating my diary haha.

It's a special kind of diary, actually, sandy. On each page there's the day of the year, and five different entries places. One for each year. So you write a line every day, and then go to the next page.
And then you can look back on what happened on a certain date, one year ago.
I'm not good at explaining, sorry.

Take my shower, have a little snack, catch up on the internet or watch a movie! Then I'm out into dreamland!

Elanor, that sounds like a really cool diary!

Usually I have a wash, brush my teeth, change into my pyjamas and get into bed. Then I'll read a bit or (...I know its bad ) Watch a bit of TV or write in my 'Fame Diary' (A diary where I write about acting or singing or stuff like that in a style like Georgia Nicholson. But I only have 20 pages left and I have made a resolution not to fill the diary untill I have been on TV, in a mag or a film so I can't write in it every day wishfull thinking!)
Then just have a bit of thinking time and just nod off I guess!
