DamselJillPole, I understand what you are saying however...of the four scriptwriters, I have finished my scenes, Ithilwen has done some of hers, wolfloversk is working on hers and Bookwyrm has them all planned out. I do not think that it will be too long before we are done at this rate, however, I could be wrong. This way people have more time to audition and when we are finished writing the script we can look at who has auditioned and cast from there.

What does everyone else think? It would probably make a mess this time to stop casting to start it up later, but what about future projects?

Also maybe I missed something, but until we began casting people what difference does it make if they go ahead and post an audition? Honestly, tell me if I am missing something!

They can post for an audition I think, but lets not make any choices until we finish the script and put all the pieces together, maybe then each person can try a few lines from the script itself. Also I don't think we're 100% positive of just how many parts we will have. Like how many newscasters will there be, and one of my added scripts may have a few added characters... I'm not quite sure who to use in it yet. But people can keep posting auditions just as long as we have time to decide

Also, nothing to do with this project, but I am currently working on my other Narnia project and it should be done soon. It's going to be cool!

So is this the project you and RilliansQueen are doing? Are you still looking for auditions?

And if everyone is ready, I will begin to post a bit more about what is needed for each character. (For example, Caspian is a little...nutty . Peter is a laid-back celebrity-type, etc.) Note: This is what we have worked up so far; it may change some as we finish scriptwriting.

Peter: laid back, celebrity, a bit too relaxed, thinks he's cool
Susan: very, VERY logical! takes herself very seriously
Edmund: dry humor, doesn't say much more than is necessary
Lucy: Very childish, not very confident

^ Nope this is another idea I'm doing on my own and i came up with it after getting back to watching Lost. I'm doing it with sims 2

So far I got some of the shots and all of the characters created and did a test edit on my movie maker and it looks great I cant wait to put up all of this on youtube.

OK I came up with the characters for the other two...

Drinian, Edmund, and a Newscaster will be in "Where did that Mist Come From?!"

Dr Cornelius and a Newscaster will be in "The Science of Sea Serpents"

Drinian might come across a bit like a consiracy theorist/ cryptozoology freak

I was thinking you know how news stories will put the subtitles with the segment names and the names of the people that are talking or getting interviewed. I think we should do that once we get into post production...

I hope I can do my audition today. I cant find my blonde wig but I'm still going to try after college today.

^wolfloversk, great idea about the subtitles, etc.! That would be a great thing for the realism!

Right now, we're kind of on hold because several Narnia Webbers are participating in Script Frenzy and/or have finals and are finishing up the school year. But as soon as everything calms down a bit, we can get back to it. I'm ready; I finished Screnzy and don't have anything else standing in my way right now. I'm going to be doing NaNo in May but this is a higher priority because I want to get this rolling again!

Anyway, unfortunately even my screnzy has been on hold do to school work, but that ends in three weeks, so I should be able to get back on top of things by May 15 or so I've had a few ideas for this too

Also I'm considering making a youtube animation adaptation of a book I am currently writing... if I decide to go forward with the idea I might post so here if Lu doesn't mind, I could use some help in terms of voice and music. But that's still in the very early stages, since I kind of want to finish a draft of the book first. And I'm not quite sure what to do with it yet...
