I am moving to a new job. I am a youth pastor moving to a new church. And I got as a gift a very old Wardrobe. And I am having someone paint a snowy wooded scene with a small lamp post in the back ground. So when you open it, it will look like the scene Lucy saw. I have a ton of other Narnia stuff. What do you think, would that make a good office theme? A Narnia theme? Any other ideas how to decorate it?

I think it's an excellent idea. Narnia is a great theme to have for a pastoral office. I think the idea of being called by Aslan to be a ruler of Narnia is quite similar to being called into ministry work. We are all under Christ and loved equally, but certain members of the body are called to lead and counsel the people.
As for the rest of the office, other than the wardrobe, I'm not sure. It just depends on how far you want to go with it. I think it would be nice to have a small sculpture of a lion on your desk maybe or an insignia of a lion somewhere. What kinds of Narnia stuff do you have? If you could figure out a creative way to organize smaller pieces on a table or on your desk, that could compliment the theme a lot.
I think the best way is to go for subtly. How I imagine Professor Digory or a grown-up Peter designing their office. Hints of Narnia here and there, but maybe not a blatant theme. It kind of adds to the magic of it. But it's all up to you.

Yeah other then the wardrobe i want it to be subtly. I am currently looking for some original art work from the book. Like the scene with lucy and tumnus walking in the wood. All by Pauline Baynes. So things like that, pictures and that. I want a map as well. Thanks for the input...
