I chanced upon this webpage about carvings based on Narnia that were made for St Mary's Church in Beverly in 2020.

We did have a thread or news item about those. I'd love to see them, especially since I'm currently in Yorkshire, but unfortunately it's about 3 hours away by train.

Edit: I found the news item.

There, shining in the sunrise, larger than they had seen him before, shaking his mane (for it had apparently grown again) stood Aslan himself.
"...when a willing victim who had committed no treachery was killed in a traitor's stead, the Table would crack and Death itself would start working backwards."

How lovely! I didn't know about this. I'd like to visit if I can. 🙂

That's delightful! I especially like the Trufflehunter...

@coracle I don't blame you!  I just saw the full list of characters, and now I wish I could see them myself.  I love the Aslan statue!  And Reepicheep, of course!  I was surprised to see characters like Reep, Trufflehunter and Farsight in there.  I can't imagine seeing them for real.  I've never been to England, but if I had the opportunity I would snatch it up faster than Mr Beaver fishing. 😆  Thanks for sharing!

Yes, I'm a mouse... I mean, a geek!
