I'd definetely panic and I'd cry, I would be a pessimistic dragon! 
But when I get used to the situation, I would fly around and explore some places. I'd enjoy being a dragon. I'd use its advantage. But I'd still want to be a human.

It would totally freak me out. I would travel around the world in 80 days.

I'd probably freak out like crazy, weep a lot, and go through a flurry of emotions and depression. After I was over that, I'd mostly be ok with it, and enjoy doing things like blowing fire of flying anywhere. But really, I'd still want to be human again.
