Ok, maybe the subject is misleading, because not every setting in the series is technically "Narnian." To the point!
I thought it would be really fun to have a thread about your favorite setting in the Narnia books.
Examples: Tashbaan, Archenland, Deathwater Island, the desert in HHB, Western Woods...
I'll post mine later.
I think this is a great thread!
Well, one of my favorite places is Ramandu's Island. I can't wait to see what it'll look like in the movie. One of my other favorite places is Cair Paravel.

The Edge of the World- the whole scenery is described so beautifully.
The Wood Between the Worlds seems dreamy
I even have curiosity for Charn itself- while I won't say I like it, I am intrigued by its history.
These places are my favorites, in no specific order:
The Island of the Dufflepuds: : Ah, this cracks me up. And the Magician's book is so enchanting!
The Edge of the World: Same as narnian1.
Aslan's Counrty: Very descriptive in the book, and it's... well... heaven!
I would say Cair Paravel and The Edge of the World... The descriptions are just beautiful!
"We have nothing if not belief"
It changes here and there, but these tend to be my favorites a lot
Bism - Seems like a pretty cool place, drinking juice from gems..
Cair Paravel - I want to rule there... its the ideal fantasy castle
Dancing Lawn - And yeah I want to party with the Narnians
Island of Ramandu - seems really magical
Aslan's Country - what a place..
Oh, partying with Narnians would be so cool!
Ramandus island. I also have a love for deserts even though i wouldn't walking by myself through them. Ever since i played zelda they have had this spiritual feeling about them.
Deserts are interesting places.
Aslan's Country. Although we don't really learn much about it until LB, it must be an amazing place. The Narnian equivalent of heaven, who wouldn't want to go there? It's all the best of Narnia all rolled into one, and even better than the original, if you can imagine that
That's why I'm going to stand by the play world. I'm on Aslan's side even if there isn't any Aslan to lead it. I'm going to live as like a Narnian as I can even if there isn't any Narnia. -Puddleglum
I agree with you, The Lady of the Green Kirtle, but my second favorite would probably be the ruins of Cair Paravel
One of my favorites is Aslans Country in Silver Chair, and then Jill and Eustace being able to float on air. Not sure if that really counts as a "place" but its in the sky and the sky would be one of the most awesome places to just hang out!

Cair Paravel in its Golden Age, how fun it would be to just live there. Although, it is still my favorite even in ruins.
Mm...good question.
Charn--Not sure what I'd do there, but it intrigues me. Such a mysterious and magical place, and what a story! I'd love to see all those beautiful waxworks in the Hall of Images!
Calormen! I can't get any more specific than that--the whole country sounds lovely (aside from the population, of course). I'd especially love to see the Flaming Mountain of Lagour, though that isn't actually visited in the books.
The Sky--sounds wierd, yeah, but have you ever thought about it? I mean, what does it actually look like to the stars as they do their dances in the heavens? Are there literal 'Halls of High Heaven'?
