[Closed] Ramandu cast?

I just learned from my brother, who is a big Christopher Lee fan, that the actor's official website just recently posted this note:
Christopher finished filming his latest role in November of 2009; a part in the third Narnia movie Voyage of the Dawn Treader. He plays a retired star, "Ramandu," who lives on a remote island with his daughter.

I kind of wish someone with a smaller profile could have been chosen, but he does seem almost right for the part... It will certainly keep the character from being overshadowed too much by Ramdat.

Oh, maybe I miss-spelled the link? Hmm... ;)

For those of you who haven't seen him, Christopher Lee had big roles in several StarWars movies and also LotR. He is quite a good actor. I think he probably pulls off Ramandu pretty well. I just thought Ramandu could use a less famous actor. 8-|

Nuts, I wanted Ian McKellen for the part.

Christopher Lee would be a good chioce. After all, he is a movie star and Ramandu a Narnian star. So no biggie to become the father of the daughter whose only link to a name so far is his. :-o

T'would be another starring role for Mr. Lee and another bright moment in a shining career. :D (*)
