I have the same 'revised and expanded' version of this book as true_narnia_forever, and I'm sorry, but the illustrations still look like cabbage patch dolls (excellent description, BTW Warrior, that's exactly what it looks like). I would rather them have borrowed Pauline Baynes' illustrations, or just had no illustrations at all.
I love this book as well! It's definitely a must-have for Narnia fans. I especially enjoy the maps and timelines at the back.

We have this book its the 5th Edition. I have just recently started looking through it. the price on the book is $22.95 which I think is pricey. but we got it for much cheaper. I also enjoy the maps and timelines and the rest of the book
