I saw some of the photos from the German VDT book, and one in particular, of Eustace, caught my eye. I fiddled with it, only intending on cleaning up some of the scan lines, but somehow or other it morphed into this wallpaper. The actual wallpaper is the first thumbnail, then the two after that are variants of the first, and the last is the wallpaper without any text. Comments and Criticisms are lovely!

Looks good! I had a little trouble seeing Aslan at first (but I have bad eyesight anyways ) so you might want to make him a bit clearer. That is unless the effect you were going for. Good Job

A nice set (or rather variations) of wps Narnian_Badger. I personally prefer the second and third versions, with the least amount of text (the first I feel has too much text, whereas the last seems too "unspoken" for without it). However, I really like the effect on "lying on the floor" text from the first wp (I really like how the font and coloration just seem to flow into the imagery and I really wish that this method was included into the second and third wps). This is just my thought process, but I would like to see just the top image of Aslan used instead of including the image of him roaring (placing the text instead in this location). To me, it doesn't feel like this image fits the rest of the wp, but maybe your concept is different than mine. On that note, I love how subtle the top image of Aslan is, it seems to work so perfectly with the piece and the blending is superb. Coloration works well throughout and the intensity of the insignia (I don't really know what you would call that thing with the text ) is awesome. Nice work .

Very nice! I like the coloring -- especially of the design on the first one.
If the text was lighter, that would make it easier to see, though. And Aslan was a little hard to notice at first.
But good job! Very beautiful!
I like how well that song goes with it, too.
