I absolutely love that song! Great choice of picture to go with it. I really like the lyrics that you centered on. Fading Aslan into the background is really cool, but the mirror effect on the stone table kinda warps his face. I love the warm colors. Nice job!

Nice wp Dekkie. Design and layout look good (both are simple, but they are handled very effectively). Text works great with your choice of imagery: in context, layout, coloration, and font. Imagery is blended together superbly. The transparent image of Aslan's face is perfect for the piece and works really well into the overall concept. Nice work .

Nice! A very warm WP. The scene feels very quiet and safe. Good choice of text, and the font works well too. I would suggest, though, that if you make the text in the background large enough to read, it should go along with the theme of the wallie. Maybe more lyrics from the song?

Adeona : I didn't realize you could read the text if you really tried until after I had made it so that I'd have to re-do a bunch of other changes I'd made in order to fix the text. Whoopsie! Perhaps if I have time I'll try to fix it, but thanks for suggesting using lyrics from the rest of the song... I'll do that in the future, just to be safe .

I didn't realize the tiny text was legible either until Adeona mentioned it, and I couldn't help but laugh because that's exactly what I always write for tiny text! ("I'm going to write something random because I need to fill up the space.." etc)

MissA : Thanks! Yeah... that's why I didn't put a disclaimer or anything when I posted it because I didn't want to draw attention to it... guess that failed . Glad to know I'm not the only one who writes totally random things for tiny text . I just need to make sure it really is tiny! .

That's really clever Dekkie. Beautiful, clean transition between the two halves. And putting Aslan in the background is such a good idea and so well pulled off that he just blends in and it feels like he's just part of the picture. I love that song too!!!

That's a quite nice wally Dekkie! i think the mirroring images works well, and the soft glow color is very nice. The image of ASlan looks a little warped, but still fits nice, and the tiny text at the top....is pretty...and funny!!!! But I still think it fits. Very nice lyrics and fits very well. GOOD JOB!!

The lyrics you chose are perfect... so Lucy-ish. You make me want to look into that song. (I don't think I know it) Your font choice is also perfect. And the tiny text (what I could read of it), was hilarious!

The mirroring of the image is really neat, and the blending of Aslan fits perfectly. (am I using that word too much? ) Love the colouration of the piece. Sorry if I've just repeated what others have said. But I really enjoyed this one, and can't wait to see more from you!

"While I'm Waiting" is one of my favorite songs (especially since it's in Fireproof), and I think it fits the scene really well. Aslan's face looks a little skewed, but other than that... well done.
