A poem I just wrote, the title is pretty self explanatory
It only took me about 15 minutes so I have no idea if its any good or not but I was hey why not post haha.
Hope you enjoy
I look upon the glorious scene,
Glassen ceilings, marble pillars,
And the ballroom floor covered in a glowing sheen.
I sit upon my carved throne and look out at the festivities,
the whole sight, in my eyes, is completely pristine.
Peter sit on his chair on high, looking down,
Im sure he is contemplating his new rule.
On the floor I see men bowing first and ladies,
Twirling in their swishing gowns.
Oversized creatures scamper around,
dryads and naiads dance with grace and ease,
an orchestra fauns plays a tune of a melodious sound.
I cant believe I am actually here,
I cant wait to see what tomorrow brings,
For in such a place, the future could hold so many things.
Im not inactive just very very busy

This is lovely, Katana! I really love the way you described the scene; I could immediately imagine it all in my head. I especially love the ending, it's very inspiring in regards of what yet awaits Lucy in Narnia!
We have nothing, if not belief.

Lucy's Poem
You called me back so here I am,
Ready to defend this land,
My heart may quake, my spirit shake,
But You will never fail,
As long as we Believe...

Wrong will be right when Aslan comes in sight / At the sound of his roar, sorrows will be no more / When he bares his teeth, winter meets its death / And when he shakes his mane, we shall have spring again
