I made this wallpaper back in February, and forgot to post it.
The text is from the song 'Story of Redemption' by Robert Pierre, and I thought it seemed very fitting for LWW. I am aware that an image of Aslan on the stone table would have likely fit better, but I wanted an image of Aslan and Edmund together, and I liked having them silhouetted against the cloudy sky. It looked cool, I thought.
Thanks to Home of the Nutty for the screencap.
Comments and constructive criticisms are very welcome.

Oh it is gorgeous I like the black and white coloration and how Ed ans Aslan look like a silouette (sp?) against the background. I also think that the lyrics you chose fit the scene perfectly. My only CC is that I can't read the smaller text, but I think the rest of it looks fine.

"Be cunning, and full of tricks, and your people will never be destroyed." -Richard Adams, Watership Down
I think this is a grrreat one flambeau! I saw it on your and Djaq's photobucket site, and ran over here to see if you had posted it!
I LOVE the black and white effect for this one! Of course, the sillouette is a great idea, and the text is also well done. I like how you have the text as the main color of the piece; it helps draw attention to your main point/focus. Good type and placement as well.

I wish you would use this effect more often with wallies and other graphics!

Wow, flambeau! It's gorgeous! I love how the softness of the black and white pic contrasts with the sharpness of the red text. *saves*
GORGEOUS flambeau!!!!!!!!!! That is a beautiful wallpaper!! Your graphics are always wonderful! I absolutely love the dark clouded sky behind them, and their figures perfectly silhouetted against it! *gasps* it's breath-taking! I love they quote, and I think it actually wonderfully fits they image. Aslan had great love to forgive Edmund for what he had done. And Edmund's story, in that movie, was of redemption. I simply love this wallpaper, it's simple, but fabulously done! I love it!!! May I use it as a desktop in the future? please??
GREAT JOB!!

Great wp flambeau, simple, but oh so effective. The black and white coloration is very effective, both visually and conceptually. It adds an "eerie" feel, in a good way, almost a foreshadowing effect of what is to come. I know everyone has their own personal thoughts on layout and this is going to be a subjective point indeed, but I am getting a thought just now. There's such a strong focus on the dark outlines of Aslan and Edmund against the lighter sky, I think it would be interesting to see a more widescreen wp focusing on this section of imagery with the text. In contrast to that, I'm also picturing the image and text lowered a bit to get more of the skyline in there matched with the darkened characters and BG elements. This is not to say that the current layout doesn't work, certainly it stands superbly on its own. Text is a perfect matchup with your choice of imagery. Coloration and layout here also work well with the image. Nice work .

Awesome! I love this alot. The only thing that I'd suggest improving on would be to make Aslan's outline more crisp, but I think that's the fault of the image quality, not you, so great job!

Don't know why it took me this long to comment on this... I saw it days ago!
Anyway, wow. You really outdid yourself with this one. I think this might be one of the prettiest wallpapers you've ever done!
So simple, yet so meaningful, all at once. I couldn't have done it any better, myself! (no, really. I don't think I would have done as well if I'd attempted it )
I love the contrast between the red text and the black and white picture. And the words were PERFECT! (those is happy tears, m'dear!)
I wanna see more from you!
I really love the colouration of this. Black, white and red are very effective together. The text is very perfect for this moment and the silhouette idea is very cool and again, effective. Great textures too (assuming you used some ). Also I like your tiny text, what font did you use on that may I ask? I struggle making my own tiny text. Also I love the fonts you used on the text. Another excellent piece of work from you.

Wow Flambeau!!!
It looks great!
I love it!!!!!
Thank you all for the comments!
My only CC is that I can't read the smaller text, but I think the rest of it looks fine.
Oh? Which smaller text? "This is a story of redemption"?

Haha! Thank you!
I wish you would use this effect more often with wallies and other graphics!
I will keep that in mind! I have a few ideas for using this effect, and I will be sure to post them if they turn out.
Thank you, hyaline!
I love it!!! May I use it as a desktop in the future? please??
You most certainly may! Thank you for your wonderful comment!

I see what you mean! I'm afraid that I probably won't be able to attempt that layout, and I did not save the wallpaper as a project, and I don't think I could recreate it, but I will definitely keep that in mind for future projects! Thank you for the suggestion!
Thank you, sweeet and Princess Anna!
Also I like your tiny text, what font did you use on that may I ask?
I used Traveling _Typewriter on size 3. I believe you can find it on dafont.com.
And lastly, thank you to De_De and Sir Jack!
