Sweeet, are you talking about where it looks more greenish? I didn't notice that until you mentioned it. 
It was just the selective coloring. I'll mess around with the colors and see if I can make it look more natural.

No, it's the actual lighting on that bit of the image. I'm not sure if you can change it. Coloring is great, though.
