Before I start in on some brief comments: Revel, depending on what you want, I may have already done what you asked! Here is a tutorial that lover & HM asked me to do on how to make the backgrounds for them. If you're asking about text layout, then I don't think I can help you because that is one of my biggest areas in which I struggle, and when it looks good, it's just because I got lucky.

Such beautiful sigis, lover of narnia! My favorites are the first (so haunting!), and the “shattered” one. It has really good blending, and it’s heartwrenching. And the last is also lovely because it’s Lucy and Aslan!!! <3 Ooooh, I like “a painting of magic,” (good words!) and the “sea of lilies” one (good coloring!), and “hold on” (good words!), and “Dawn Treader” and “utter east”.*saves* (Deep breath! Wow, you do some good work! Keeps me busy commenting. )

*thinks back* I'm pretty sure it's been an embarassingly long time since I've logged on.... but I've kept up with all the news, and when the VDT trailer came out I put aside everything that takes up my time and finally made some graphics! More to follow

I'm getting rusty!

Here are some VDT ones I made. The first one is supposed to show that Reep is focused on looking to the east. When I made it, I thought he had a line in the book about drowning with his nose to the east (if his coracle could take him no farther and he could no longer swim) But the line is really “nose to the sunset” so the words ended up being a combination of that statement and his little poem. I might do another one with “Seeking the east” instead. I’m not sure if “Nose to the east” sounds weird.
