Lovely job on the second, Miss Aravis! I like the soft-ish colouring that you used on it without it being too dull/grey-ish. (If that happens to make any sense...) The use of textures is very nice, in a way it sort of matches Lucy's dress and the floral pattern on it. Text is nice, and of course, it fits perfectly. Nice work!

A nice pair of wps MissAravis. Personally, I prefer the first wp. I think that the contour on Lucy and Edmund (with the cropping) helps to lead the eye into the text and then back to the image. This is really effective on a visual level. The layout on the first piece is great. Text works well with your choice of imagery: in context, layout, and coloration. The font does become a bit hard to read in places (just a bit "script" like for me I suppose). As for the second wp, design and layout look good here as well. Text works well with your choice of imagery: in context, layout (a nice encompassing effect here and I like the fact that some of the lettering overlaps the imagery), and coloration. The BG adds a nice design touch to the piece as well (good coloration here as well). Nice work on both wps .

Wow, I love those! The text fits perfectly! I like the reddish glow on the first one. I like the second one a little better though - the coloring is so pretty! They're gorgeous!
