I'm not really sure what they'd work best as. I usually set these type textures to lighten or screen, sometimes soft light. Just whatever fits my mood and whatever avie I'm making. But I can double-check if you want.

Thanks Wunder! And what a prompt reply. I just thought I'd ask, because if they're light textures I'll probably use them, and I didn't want to download them and never use them. Because in the past I have done that with texture packs. But yeah, I'll definitely download it now. I'm looking forward to using them.

This is an awesome thread! I wish we'd had something like this in the olden days.

I've got a few open source typefronts that come in awfully handy in bold design and typography. Figured I'd not be a hog and keep them to myself

So you did actually make them yourself? A tut would be cool thanks. Just remember to say whether it's your work or not, cos I don't think they [the scary mods ] like it too much if you post work that's not yours, but I'm not too sure on fonts. I like to see them though, I must admit.
