I drew this quite awhile ago, but just now got around to posting it. The "Chapter Two" just refers to the 2nd year I've had the book I'm currently drawing in--Chapter One, or "2010", had a sketch of the Evenstar from LOTR. Sorry the scan wasn't the best quality.

Oh very cool! I like the 3D look of the letters and the intricacy of the sword handle.
But... why does it say chapter two?

StarAsterisk: Oh, thank you! I really enjoy sketching details like that. As I said in my first post, the "Chapter Two" just refers to the second year I've been sketching in that particular book.
Lucy85: Thanks, the handle was one of my favorite parts to draw!
Ricasso: From start to finish, it probably took about forty-five minutes to an hour. More than that, if you count the time I spent looking for a ruler so that I could get the lines straight enough.

Wow! Narnian_Badger, this is amazing! My two favorite parts of the drawing are how well you drew the little mouse at the end of the rapier, with its twisting tail all down the handle and the beautiful details around the paw protector, if you would call it! The design interpretation is fantastic! As others have also mentioned, I really like how you added both the chapter number, as well as the year of the drawing. It adds a nice touch, oh and the handwriting for it is very Narnian! Very nice!

Oh, I absolutely adore it! Such incredible attention to detail! And only now, that I look at your drawing, I noticed the extremely cute and clever addition of the mouse at the tip of the pommel! 
It's sweet the way it seems the mouse wraps it's tail around the hilt! I adore your delicate style and shading - absolutely lovely
