Oh how lovely! 
The rich gold hues of the fire and walls of Aslan's How are beautiful and really create a striking, glowing outline on the the fur of Pattertwig and Reepicheep. This little moment certainly made me smile. I'm going to save it to use later.
I also took the liberty of glancing through some of your other works, which you have a great collection of. Thank you for sharing this piece.
