[Closed] Puddleglum Drawing

Here’s a picture I drew today of Puddleglum, Comments and Criticism welcomed and appreciated. :)

As they drew nearer, the figure turned its head and showed them a long thin face with rather sunken cheeks, a tightly shut mouth, a sharp nose, and no beard. He was wearing a high, pointed hat like a steeple, with an enormously wide flat brim. The hair, if it could be called hair, which hung over his large ears was greeny-grey, and each lock was flat rather than round, so that they were like tiny reeds.

Wow, 7Chronicles, that is really good! I especially like the eyes. No criticisms here that I can find.

Lovely details! You did a great job picturing the text.

Thank You everyone! I based him off of Bruce Spence to imagine what he might look like if he were cast as Puddlegulm. :)

Very good! The hair and the eyes are done very realistically, as well as the shading overall. The only thing that I noticed (imo) was the space between his nose and his lips. Just a bit odd there, although it is a matter of opinion because Puddleglum is very skinny and thin, so his face would be quite different from that of a human's. I do like the bags under the eyes and the wrinkles you threw in there. ;)

STUNNING. The attention to detail makes this a home run!!! Its almost how I imagined him, though he isn't quite as amphibian-ish. LoL!

Excellent work!!!

Very good work! The eyes are expressive, and the hair looks just like it should. I like the shadowing, and the fact that though the face resembles a human face, there's also something very inhuman in it. Excellent work with the nose. :D
